Site Manager
Responsibilities:
* Leading regular site meetings with professionals, including quantity surveyors, building services engineers, foremen, subcontractors, and the client who has commissioned the building
* Maintaining strict quality control procedures
* Conducting regular site safety checks
* Ensuring the project runs to schedule and to budget, and finding solutions to problems that may cause delays, such as the late arrival of materials
Qualifications:
* Male max 45 years old
* Minimum Bachelor degree of Civil Engineering
* Minimum 5 years experiences in the same position
* Strong knowledge in construction
* Good leadership
* Computer literated and its related software
* Willing to work in Medan, Sumatera Utara
