Sidang itsbat yang berlangsung di Kementerian Agama, Jakarta, Senin (29/8) malam menetapkan 1 Syawal 1432 Hijriah jatuh pada Rabu (31/8). Dengan demikian salat Idul Fitri berlangsung lusa.

Penetapan ini didasarkan belum terlihatnya hilal atau bulan baru di beberapa tempat pengamatan. Ketinggian hilal sangat tipis dan belum mencapai dua derajat. Sidang isbat dihadiri perwakilan berbagai ormas Islam dan Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI).

Keputusan pemerintah ini berbeda dengan keputusan Pengurus Pusat Muhammadiyah yang menetapkan Idul Fitri 1 Syawal 1432 Hijriah jatuh pada Selasa (30/8).

3. PROSES DAN PROSEDUR LAMARAN
a. Lakukan registrasi lamaran dengan membuat account baru terlebih dahulu. Link aktivasi untuk login akan dikirimkan oleh sistem ke alamat email anda. Lakukan pengaktifkan account anda dengan mengklik link tersebut sebelum anda memasukan data diri.
b. Kesalahan pengisian sehingga mengakibatkan pelamar tidak lolos pada tahap input data menjadi tanggung jawab masing-masing pelamar dan pelamar tidak berhak untuk mengikuti tahap berikutnya.
c. Tombol Simpan Data digunakan untuk menyimpan data anda sementara. Anda diperbolehkan mengisi atau merubah data anda sebanyak 3 kali dengan mengklik tombol Simpan Data. Apabila anda sudah yakin akan data yang diisi, anda dapat klik tombol Daftar. Data yang akan diproses hanya peserta yang telah mengklik tombol daftar.
d. Setelah tombol Daftar di klik, akan muncul halaman untuk mencetak kelengkapan berkas lamaran bagi pelamar yang dinyatakan lolos. Berkas ini diperlukan pada tahap selanjutnya (Verifikasi Dokumen). Pelamar yang tidak lolos/gugur tidak bisa melanjutkan ke tahap berikutnya.
e. Cetak kelengkapan berkas lamaran tersebut, yaitu:

  1. Surat Lamaran.
  2. Daftar Riwayat Hidup.
  3. Surat Pernyataan tentang bersedia ditempatkan di Unit dan Wilayah Kerja PT PLN (Persero) di seluruh Indonesia dan tidak terlibat penyalahgunaan narkoba.

f. Isi dan tanda tangani seluruh berkas lamaran tersebut di atas. Khusus untuk Surat Pernyataan, agar ditandatangani di atas materai Rp. 6.000,00.
g. Lengkapi berkas lamaran dengan seluruh dokumen pendukung yang dipersyaratkan, yaitu:

  1. Surat Keterangan sehat dan tidak buta warna;
  2. Foto kopi akte/surat kelahiran yang dilegalisasi;
  3. Foto kopi ijazah terakhir atau surat keterangan lulus yang dilegalisasi;
  4. Foto kopi transkrip nilai yang dilegalisasi;
  5. Foto kopi KTP yang masih berlaku;
  6. Pasfoto berwarna terbaru ukuran 4X6 sebanyak 3 (tiga) lembar; Jika dokumen tidak dilegalisasi maka pada saat penyerahan agar menunjukkan dokumen yang asli

h. Masukkan semua berkas lamaran dan dokumen pendukung ke dalam satu map untuk diserahkan pada saat verifikasi dokumen. Waktu dan tempat verifikasi dokumen akan diberitahukan sewaktu-waktu melalui e-mail atau melalui website PT PLN (Persero).
i. Apabila pada saat verifikasi dokumen ada ketidaksesuaian antara dokumen dan data pelamar yang diisikan pada formulir Registrasi Online, maka pendaftar dinyatakan tidak lolos atau gugur.
j. Pelamar yang tidak lolos seleksi Registrasi Online, tidak perlu menyerahkan dokumen untuk verifikasi.

4. PERSIAPAN SEBELUM MENGAJUKAN LAMARAN
Untuk menghemat waktu akses dan mengurangi kesalahan data pada saat pelamar mengisi formulir di Registrasi Online, pelamar dihimbau untuk mempersiapkan seluruh data dan dokumen pendukung yang diperlukan. Pelamar dapat juga memasukkan file scan pas foto dengan besar file maksimal 200 Kb. Pelamar wajib mempunyai email.

5. LAIN – LAIN.
a. Seleksi bersifat nasional untuk seluruh lokasi tes, dilaksanakan dengan metoda dan ketentuan / persyaratan yang sama.
b. Pelamar yang sudah pernah mengirimkan lamaran sebelumnya dinyatakan tidak berlaku dan diwajibkan mengajukan kembali sesuai ketentuan di atas.
c. Surat lamaran yang telah dikirim/diterima tidak dapat ditarik kembali.

Moratorium CPNS Dimulai 1 September 2011 Dengan Pengecualian

Tiga kementrian terkait sudah sepakat menghentikan sementara alias moratorium penerimaan calon pegawai negeri sipil (CPNS), yang berlaku 1 September 2011 hingga 1 September 2012. Rencananya, Mendagri Gamawan Fauzi, Menkeu Agus Martowardojo, dan Menpan-RB EE Mangindaan, menandatangani Surat Keputusan Bersama (SKB) tentang moratorium penerimaan CPNS itu pada 24 Agustus 2011.

“Insya Allah akan diberlakukan moratorium dengan pengecualian-pengecualian yang sangat ketat,” ujar Gamawan di kantornya, Jumat (19/8).

Meski ada moratorium, namun ada sejumlah pengecualiaan, dengan tujuan untuk menjamin terselenggaranya pelayanan minimal. Misalnya, tetap menerima CPNS bidang kesehatan seperti dokter, untuk menggantikan yang pensiun. Tenaga bidang pendidikan seperti dosen, juga tetap direkrut. Dikatakan Gamawan, untuk PNS tenaga administrasi saat ini sudah membludak.

Dipaparkan Gamawan, jumlah PNS per 13 Mei 2011 sebanyak 4.708.330 orang atau memiliki persentase 1,98 persen dibanding jumlah penduduk sekitar 237 juta orang lebih. Menurut lokasi, jumlah PNS pusat sekitar 916.493 orang (19,5 persen) dan PNS daerah 3.791.837 orang (80,5 persen).

Kebijakan moratorium ini, kata Gamawan, akan disosialisasikan oleh tim reformasi birokrasi kepada gubernur dan bupati/wali kota.

Masa moratorium ini, lanjutnya, akan digunakan untuk menata kepegawaian, misalnya soal distribusi yang belum merata. Nantinya, jika ada kelebihan PNS dalam kabupaten/kota, bisa didistribusikan kepada daerah lain di satu provinsi yang kekurangan. “Sehingga tak harus menambah, tapi menggeser,” kata Gamawan.

Hal yang sama juga diberlakukan untuk instansi pusat. Jika kementerian tertentu kelebihan jumlah PNS bidang tenaga administrasi, dilakukan pemindahan ke kementerian lain.

1. Certification Coordinator
• Working Knowledge of:
- Piping and pressure vessel codes and quality standards (e.g. MIGAS regulations, ASME Section VIII Dn 1/Dn 2, ASME B31.3, and ISO 9001)
- Piping fabrication methods, welding processes and NDE techniques including evaluation methods
- Piping, Isometrics and shop Drawings
- SKPI, SKPP and SKKP processes
• Good oral and written English language skills with Bahasa Indonesia skills an asset

• Previous experience with auditing quality management systems. Lead auditor qualification preferred
• Worldwide experience with contractors and vendors, in particular those involved in the construction of offshore and onshore oil & gas production facilities
• Strong management skills with extensive QA/QC experience in responsible roles for major oil & gas engineering & construction projects
• Knowledgeable in facilitating efforts to resolve interfaces issues and coordinate multiparty (project and stakeholder) QA objectives
• Experience with project completions and document for operations turnover
