Pemerintah Kabupaten Sragen menyelenggarakan Seleksi Calon Direktur Utama, Direktur Umum dan Direktur Teknik Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Kabupaten Sragen dengan ketentuan sebagai berikut :

I. PERSYARATAN UMUM

1. Warga Negara Indonesia (WNI).


2. Sehat, dibuktikan dengan Surat Keterangan Sehat dari dokter pemerintah.


3. Berkelakuan baik yang dibuktikan dengan Surat Keterangan dari Polres setempat.


4. Memiliki pengetahuan, kecakapan dan pengalaman kerja yang cukup dalam bidang pengelolaan perusahaan dibuktikan dengan referensi dari perusahaan sebelumnya dengan penilaian baik, diutamakan pengalaman kerja dalam pengelolaan air minum.


5. Bersedia mengundurkan diri sebagai PNS/anggota Legislatif maupun anggota TNI/Polri apabila dinyatakan lulus dan diangkat menjadi Direksi PDAM Kabupaten Sragen yang dibuktikan dengan Surat Pernyataan di atas materai Rp. 6.000,-


6. Tidak pernah dihukum penjara atau kurungan berdasarkan keputusan pengadilan yang sudah mempunyai kekuatan hukum tetap karena suatu tindak pidana kejahatan dibuktikan dengan Surat Keterangan dari Pengadilan Negeri.


7. Tidak pernah diberhentikan dengan tidak hormat sebagai CPNS/PNS/anggota TNI/anggota Polri/Pegawai BUMN/BUMD dan pegawai swasta.


8. Tidak pernah terlibat baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung dalam suatu kegiatan/gerakan yang menentang Pancasila dan UUD 1945.


9. Bersedia mengundurkan diri sebagai pengurus/anggota Partai Politik apabila dinyatakan lulus dan diangkat menjadi Direksi PDAM Kabupaten Sragen yang dibuktikan dengan Surat Pernyataan di atas materai Rp. 6.000,-.


10. Bersedia tidak merangkap jabatan di lembaga pemerintahan atau non pemerintahan.

II. PERSYARATAN KHUSUS

1. Berpendidikan minimal Sarjana Strata I / S1.

2. Batas Usia :

a. Bagi yang berasal dari luar PDAM pada saat diangkat pertama kali berumur paling tinggi 50 (lima puluh) tahun;

b. Bagi yang berasal dari PDAM pada saat diangkat pertama kali berumur paling tinggi 55 (lima puluh lima) tahun;

3. Pengalaman Kerja :

a. Bagi yang berasal dari PDAM mempunyai pengalaman kerja minimal 10 (sepuluh) tahun;

b. Bagi yang berasal bukan dari PDAM pernah mengelola perusahaan yang berbadan hukum minimal 15 (lima belas) tahun dengan penilaian baik;

4. Bagi yang berasal dari PDAM bersedia membuat Surat Pernyataan untuk memilih pensiun sebagai Direksi atau pensiun sebagai pegawai sebelum ditetapkan sebagai Direksi.

5. Bagi yang berasal dari Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) :

a. Minimal berpangkat/golongan IV.a (pembina);

b. Mendapat izin tertulis dari pimpinan;

c. Apabila dinyatakan lulus, pengunduran diri dari Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) dibuat sebelum ditetapkan sebagai Direksi.

6. Pernah mengikuti dan dinyatakan lulus pelatihan managemen air minum baik di dalam maupun di luar negeri yang telah terakreditasi dibuktikan dengan sertifikat atau ijazah. Bagi yang belum memiliki, apabila dinyatakan lulus maka diwajibkan mengikuti pelatihan tersebut dengan biaya sendiri (dengan membuat Surat Pernyataan).

7. Tidak terikat hubungan keluarga dengan Bupati/Wakil Bupati atau dengan Badan Pengawas atau Direksi lainnya sampai dengan derajat ketiga menurut garis lurus atau kesamping termasuk menantu dan ipar.

III. TATA CARA PENDAFTARAN

1. Surat lamaran ditulis tangan bermeterai Rp. 6.000,- ditujukan kepada “ Panitia Seleksi Calon Direksi PDAM Kabupaten Sragen “ Dengan alamat Badan Pemberdayaan Usaha Milik Daerah Kabupaten Sragen Jl. Raya Sukowati 255 (Komplek Kantor Setda Gedung B Lt. 2) Sragen Kode Pos 57211, dengan melampirkan :

a. Pas foto terbaru berwarna ukuran 4 x 6 cm sebanyak 4 (empat) lembar;

b. Fotokopi Kartu Tanda Penduduk yang masih berlaku 1 (satu) lembar;

c. Fotokopi ijasah dan transkrip nilai akademik yang telah dilegalisir oleh pejabat yang berwenang;

d. Surat Keterangan Referensi dari Perusahaan sebelumnya dengan penilaian BAIK;

e. Fotokopi Surat Keterangan/Sertifikat Pelatihan Manajemen Air Minum (bila ada);

f. Daftar Riwayat Hidup dan Riwayat Kerja;

g. Surat Keterangan Sehat dari rumah sakit pemerintah/Puskesmas;

h. Surat Keterangan Berkelakuan baik/Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian (SKCK) dari Polres setempat yang masih berlaku ;

i. Surat pernyataan bermeterai cukup yang menyatakan :

1). Bersedia mengundurkan diri sebagai PNS/anggota Legislatif maupun anggota TNI/Polri apabila dinyatakan lulus dan diangkat menjadi Direksi PDAM Kabupaten Sragen.

3. Mencantumkan Kode Lamaran pada pojok kanan atas sampul, untuk Direktur Utama (DIRUT), Direktur Umum (DU) dan Direktur Teknik (DT).

4. Menyusun suatu karya tulis, dengan ketentuan :

a. Tema terkait dengan visi, misi dan strategi pengembangan perusahaan sesuai dengan jabatan yang dilamar 4 (empat) tahun kedepan;

b. Karya tulis harus asli dan disusun sendiri sebanyak-banyaknya 5 (lima) halaman termasuk halaman judul;

c. Diketik pada kertas HVS dengan menggunakan Bahasa Indonesia yang baik dan benar;

d. Dijilid dan disampul sederhana;

e. Karya tulis dibuat dalam 3 (tiga) rangkap.

5. Surat Lamaran dapat diterima panitia sejak di umumkan dan dikirim langsung paling lambat 11 Oktober 2011 jam 15.00 WIB (apabila dikirim lewat pos paling lambat 11 Oktober 2011 cap pos).

6. LAIN-LAIN

• a. Pendaftaran tidak dipungut biaya;

S/he will ensure compliance with local and global standards, policies and practices.
