- Support the site Financial Controller by coordinating the preparation of the site Plan and Forecasts

Untuk pelaksanaan seleksi di Jawa Barat (meliputi formasi Sekretariat KPU Provinsi Jawa Barat, Sekretariat KPU Provinsi Banten, Sekretariat KPU Provinsi DKI Jakarta dan Sekretariat Jenderal KPU), Jawa Tengah (meliputi formasi Sekretariat KPU Provinsi Jawa Tengah dan Sekretariat KPU Provinsi D.I. Yogyakarta) dan Sumatera Selatan (meliputi formasi Sekretariat KPU Provinsi Sumatera Selatan dan Sekretariat KPU Provinsi Lampung) mencantumkan kualifikasi pendidikan dan jurusan serta Sekretariat KPU Provinsi/ Sekretariat Jenderal KPU yang dituju pada pojok kiri atas;

7. Penerimaan berkas lamaran mulai tanggal 15 s.d. 21 Oktober 2009 cap pos.

IV. Jadual, Materi dan Lain-lain

1. Pengumuman seleksi administrasi bagi pelamar yang memenuhi persyaratan, akan diumumkan di masing-masing Sekretariat KPU Provinsi pada tanggal 26 s.d 27 Oktober 2009 dan Pelamar yang dinyatakan lulus seleksi administrasi dapat langsung mengambil Kartu Tanda Peserta Ujian dengan menunjukkan KTP yang bersangkutan;
2. Bagi pelamar yang tidak memenuhi persyaratan administrasi, berkas lamaran tidak dikembalikan dan menjadi hak milik Sekretariat KPU Provinsi;
3. Ujian Tertulis dilaksanakan secara serentak di seluruh Sekretariat KPU Provinsi penyelenggara seleksi pada tanggal 1 Nopember 2009 dan lokasi Ujian Tertulis lihat pengumuman di media cetak lokal atau di papan pengumuman masing-masing kantor Sekretariat KPU Provinsi;
4. Pelamar yang mengikuti Ujian Tertulis diharapkan membawa pensil 2B, paperboard (alas tulis) dan perlengkapan alat tulis lainnya;
5. Ujian Tertulis berupa Tes Kompetensi Dasar (TKD) meliputi :

a. Tes Kemampuan Umum (TPU);
b. Tes Bakat Skolastik (TBS);
c. Tes Skala Kematangan (TSK);
d. Tes Bahasa Inggris; dan
e. Tes Kepemiluan.

6. Pengumuman hasil Ujian Tertulis akan diumumkan melalui website KPU (www.kpu.go.id) dan di papan pengumuman kantor Sekretariat KPU Provinsi masing-masing pada tanggal 17 Nopember 2009;
7. Pelamar atau Peserta seleksi Calon PNS tidak dipungut biaya;
8. Keputusan Tim Penerimaan seleksi Calon PNS Sekretariat Jenderal KPU, Sekretariat KPU Provinsi dan Sekretariat KPU Kabupaten/Kota Tahun Anggaran 2009, bersifat mutlak dan tidak dapat diganggu gugat;
9. Calon PNS hasil Penerimaan seleksi Calon PNS Sekretariat Jenderal KPU, Sekretariat KPU Provinsi dan Sekretariat KPU Kabupaten/Kota Tahun Anggaran 2009 akan ditempatkan pada kantor Sekretariat Jenderal KPU, Sekretariat KPU Provinsi dan Sekretariat KPU Kabupaten/Kota untuk mengisi kebutuhan sesuai formasi yang telah ditetapkan dan yang dinyatakan diterima sebagai Calon PNS tidak dapat menolak penempatan dengan alasan apapun serta bagi pelamar yang dinyatakan lulus pada tahap akhir seleksi tetapi mengundurkan diri diwajibkan membayar ganti rugi sebesar Rp. 20.000.000,- (dua puluh juta rupiah).
