Finance Analyst [fin1009]
Report to : Site Finance Controller
Site based : Pulogadung
Employment Status : One year contract then permanent
ROLES:
- Support the site Financial Controller by coordinating the preparation of the site Plan and Forecasts
- Monitor, research, report and recommend remedial actions on variances to Plan/Forecast and standards in the areas of Production performance and working capital
- Own and actively participate in site capex management by tracking and reporting on capital spend monthly Liaise with Engineering Manager for updates to capex forecast
- Assist the Financial Controller in completing the monthly Dashboard and cover month end commentary for above-site
- Ensure necessary internal controls are in place and the integrity of the financial books is maintained to satisfy internal and external audit requirements, supporting the Financial Controller with any financial compliance testing
We are seeking candidates which meet following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience
- Preferred years relevant work experience: 2-5 years
- Strong technical accounting in skills required for both cost accounting and cost management
- Good knowledge in ERP system such as SAP, JDE, BPCS
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications with all levels of personnel
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Demonstrated analytic and problem solving skills
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
EHS Supervisor [EHS 1009]
Report to : EHS Manager
Site based : Pulogadung
Employment Status : One year contract then permanent
ROLES:
- Conduct EHS Risk Assessment (Machinery Safety, Ergonomic, Chemical, Fire, etc)
- Incident Reporting system and Incident Investigation
- Conduct Emergency Response Preparedness
- Support in EHS Audit
- Conduct EHS Training both for employees & contractors
- Conduct Environmental Monitoring
- Waste Management
We are seeking candidates which meet following qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in EHS or Environmental Engineering
- Familiar with Pharmaceutical or Food industrial equipment and process.
- Has proper knowledge in EHS Management & System (OHSAS 18001 & ISO 14001)
- Good team worker attitude.
- Fluent in English
Logistic Planner [LOG10009]
Report to : Logistic Manager
Site based : Cimanggis
Employment Status : One year contract then permanent
ROLES:
- Manage order fulfilment and delivery of customer requirements
- Analyze inventory level to secure customer’s order
- Continuous improvement for effective supply chain operation in site
- Accountable for GMP & safety practise
We are seeking candidates which meet following qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy or relevant background
- 2-3 years supply chain exposures in FMCG of Pharmacy Company.
- Good analytical thinking & team worker
- Fluent in English
- Agile learner
