Your profile :
1. Female max 25 years.
2. Graduate from Diploma from reputable university.
3. Experience with similar position at least 1 year
4. Mature and good interpersonal skill
5. English is a must both written and oral
6. French is preferable an added value
7. Familiar with computer and can work independent, highly motivation and integrated.
FRONT LINERS OFFICER, Jakarta
You will be responsible for :
- Handling incoming – outgoing call, receiving incoming – outgoing documents
- Main lobby area organization
- Handling expatriate documents permit (KITAS etyc) and also travelling management
- Support company event
- Handling visitors and involve in internal communication activities
