Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical or Civil Engineering from reputable university
- 15 years working experience in Petrol Chemical Industries
- Good knowledge in Project study and implementation
- Possess good knowledge in international Code & Standard
- Good knowledge in Statutory and Local Authority requirement
- Knowledge in Plant maintenance and fair knowledge in plant operation
- Good knowledge in computer knowledge especially in Microsoft Excel, Word Pro and others.
- Proficient in speaking and written English
- Good analytical skill, good personal communication skill, honest, discipline, initiative, have a strong leadership, managerial skills and able to work effectively, both independently and in a team, self learner, good attitude
Job Scope:
- Responsible to lead and manage the overall project which includes basis Engineering design, detailed Engineering Design, procurement, construction and commissioning
- Lead the project team in Electrical or Civil related work and work with the contractor to complete the project
- Focal person for Electrical or Civil engineering related activities with the process licensor and contractor
- Responsible for department personnel planning and recruitment
- Focal person with the Government Agency and Local Authority
- Responsible to provide timely management report
- Responsible to establish annual budget for the department
- Be part of the commissioning team
