Requirement :
- Male / Female, maximum 30 years old
- Minimum Diploma degree majoring in any related dicipline
- Having min 2 years exeprience from same position
- Control SHIFTING EMPLOYEE
- Maintain good relation with Depnaker (industrial relation)
- Handle Overtime, Payroll, Insurance, Overtime, Jamsostek, etc.
- High integrity attitude, good team work
- MS Office literate (Access, Excel, Power point, words) And Visio
- Good Tax Pph 21 knowledge
- Good administration system
- Carefully, Honest and Discipline.
- Able to work individually and / or in a Team.
Sales Office Manager (SOM)
Requirements:
- Male max. 35 tahun
- Min Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
- Having 3 years experience in Sales & Marketing in Office Space
- Good command of English both written and spoken
- Strong leadership, sales and marketing, management, administrative and organizational skills
- Good analytical, evaluation and business planning skills
- Having good communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Having pleasant personality and good interpersonal skills
- Highly integrity & motivated, full of initiative
HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER (HRO)
Requirement :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology/ Management
- Male / Female, maximum 30 years old
- Experience as HRD for at least 2 year.
- Pro-active, good conceptual thinking and negotiation
- Familiar in all HR fields (recruitment, Manpower regulations, personnel administration, training, and organization development)
- Familiar with Employee Relation, Policy & Procedures, Jamsostek, Standard Operating Procedure and ISO
- Initiative and Creative.
- Carefully, Honest and Discipline.
- Able to work individually and / or in a Team.
- Required skill(s): Visio Flowcharting, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Word.
- Willing to work under pressure.
