PT. Kaltim Parna Industri is an Ammonia Industry with main office and plant located at Bontang East Kalimantan, while representative office at Jakarta, to support our smooth operation, we need qualified candidate to support our operation at Finance Department as :
HUMAN RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT SUPERINTENDENT (Code HRS/VIII/11)

Working based at Bontang Office

The potential candidate will be responsible in designing, planning, and implementing Human Resource Development Program, related policies, and procedures for obtaining the efficiency gains of Human Resources and benefits purposes of the Company, Incumbent is also expected to develop a platform so that employees who have a vision of development and improvement of the company, proudly as part of the Family company. This position is also required to be responsible for managing all Human Resources activities, formulates the Strategic Plan for Human Resources and Systems development. Able to design talent and Succession Management, Performance Appraisal, Manpower Planning and Organizational Development, Revenue, Employee Training, Remuneration and Benefit, budgeting, Competency and Legal Aspects of Human Resources. Incumbent is also expected to implement his experience in terms of Human Resource Information Systems, and Human Resources with the competence approach.

Requirement:

* Bachelor (S1) in Psychology, Law, or Management, Master (S2) in the field of Human Resource Development would be an advantage, or Bachelor (S1) Engineering field with experience that could prove to be also considered.
* Minimum of 7 years experience working in a related field in the Multi National Company, the Company takes precedence when experienced in Oil & Gas, Mining, or Chemical Industry.
* Having an understanding of the Labor regulation and its implementation.
* Having a sense of Team Work and motivation to work well, and communicate in English Excellent verbal and written.
* Oriented towards the final result, mature, have enthusiasm in providing services, and able to take decisions.
* Interpersonal skills and build good relations, analytical thinking, strategic planning concepts, and effective leadership.
* Mastering the use of Office Computer Application: MS Word, Excel, and Power Point.
* Independence and able to work in under pressure conditions.
