1. OPERATION MANAGER / KTT (OM)
Requirements:
1. Age maximum 45 years old
2. Minimum 8 (eight) years experience in mining industry with minimum 4 (four) years in managerial level
3. Bachelor degree from faculty of mining engineer / geology
4. Posses POU (Pengawas Operasional Utama) certificate
5. Fluent in English both oral & written
6. Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
7. Create Good Mining Practice
8. Able to make a plan and execution, including production mining analysis and cost
9. Able to manage both natural resources and human resources to achieve efficient and productive result
10. Good leadership to subordinates with good interpersonal and organizational skills
11. Self confident and tactful to communicate with people in every level within the organization / corporate
12. Good health and able to work under pressure with good result and always seek best solution to solve problem
2. HEAD of REPRESENTATIVE (HOR)
General Responsibilities:
1. Ensure HR initiatives, programs, and administration in the areas of personnel management and services, industrial relations, general affairs and compensation & benefit programs are implemented
2. Provide HR advice to line managers and management regarding HR policies and procedures to ensure the objectives of HR management are met
3. Ensure relations with Government / regulatory bodies are built and maintained
4. Ensure legal actions are secured properly through proper advice, administration process to meet company and legal requirements
5. Promote and participate in community programs, provide support on events and / or other activities aimed at developing good community and employee relations
Requirements:
1. Maximum 45 years old
2. Minimum a bachelor degree in Law or HR Management from reputable university
3. Possessing at least 8 (eight) years experience in Human Resource field, with minimum 4 (four) years in managerial position, preferably from mining industry
4. Experienced in recruitment, training & development, compensation & benefit, organizational development, payroll, and industrial relations
5. Deep understanding about man power regulation, especially in mining industry
6. Understand Collection and Treasury process is a must. Knowledge in Administration, Logistic, Procurement, ticketing, Information Technology is an advantage
7. Understand concept and strategy of branch operational and strong in financial aspects including internal control
8. Excellent in English, both written and oral
9. Computer-literate
10. Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skill
11. A fast learner, self motivated attitude and able to work independently under pressure situation and tight timeline
12. Able to work under pressure and always seek best solution to solve problem

3. EXPLORATION & DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (EDM)
Requirements:
1. Age maximum 45 years old
2. Minimum 8 (eight) years experience in mining industry with minimum 4 (four) years in managerial level
3. Bachelor degree from faculty of mining engineer / geology
4. Posses POU certificate
5. Fluent in English both oral & written, fluent in Mandarin will be an advantage
6. Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
7. Extensive experience in mineral exploration and mining geology
8. Able to develop and oversee a successful exploration program
9. Manage and control all exploration operation aspect, include technical & non technical to achieve project target
10. Able to manage both natural resources and human resources to achieve efficient and productive result
11. Good leadership to subordinates with good interpersonal and organizational skills
12. Self confident and tactful to communicate with people in every level within the organization / corporate
4. PARAMEDIC SITE (NURSE)
Requirements:
- Male
- Age max 35 years old
- Hold Associate degree (D3) from Nursing faculty with GPA min 3,00 from scale 4
- Minimum 3 years experiences, preferably in mining industry
- Having “Surat Ijin Perawat” certification
- Proficient in MS office application
- Good knowledge about HSE/ K3
- Having good communication skill
- Good health, able to work with good result and always seek best solution to solve problems
- Willing to be place at Halmahera island (North Maluku) with rotation schedule
5. HUMAN RESOURCES GENERAL AFFAIR MANAGER (HRGAM)
Responsibilities:
- To be responsible in managing and maintaining all HR daily activities
- To ensure the implementation of system, policy and procedures throughout the company
- To manage recruitment and staffing process
- To perform tasks in the fields of employee relations (e.g. compensation and benefits, people motivation, discipline, employee services, employee welfare, and grievance procedures)
- To manage general HR administration, as well as to analyze and improve current administration practices
- To facilitate effective communication and staff relation across the organization
Requirements:
- Age maximum 45 years old
- Having minimum Bachelor degree majoring in Psychology/ Law/ or Human Resources Management
- Having at least 5 years of experience in related field in the same capacity, Managerial level
- Knowledge & understanding of Indonesia Labor Laws and Regulation, Industrial Relation, and it s implementation
- Good interpersonal, communication skill, build relationship, and excellent communication in English (verbal & written)
- Analytical thinking, strategic concept planning, and effective leadership, with high degree of integrity and responsibility
- Result oriented, Able to work under pressure and tight deadline, and committed to finish the task
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office applications

6. SHIPPING SUPERINTENDENT (SHIP-SPT)
Requirements:
1. Male with minimum 10 (ten) years experience as Marine Operation Manager
2. Bachelor degree from marine science
3. Posses certificate of ANT 2
4. Fluent in English both oral & written
5. Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
6. Good health and able to work under pressure with good result and always seek best solution to solve problem
7. Experienced in handling Bulk Carrier/Cargo, Tug Boat & Barges in remote area
8. Good understanding on warehouse & shipping management system, Product handling and Control, ISO and HACCP
9. Monitoring the shipping schedule with port split, permit and discharge readiness. To coordinate with stakeholders in each discharging ports in preparation for ship arrival/cargo transfer
10. Monitor & update the movement and schedule of all vessels
7. DRILLING SUPERINTENDENT (DRILL-SPT)
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Technical (S-1)
- Having at least 10 (ten) years working experience in drilling with 5 (five) years in similar job
- Strong HSE background with safety leadership skills, coaching and mentoring skills, incident Investigation skills, knowledge of most common HSE tools and skills
- Strong in creating, enabling and managing relationships with the clients with full respect and trust to gain their continuous trust and credibility
- Good personal skills and ability to interact with all level within the organization Including the clients and key suppliers
- Excellent planning and coordination skills
- Strong computer and English literacy
- Have experiences in mining company will be an advantage
8. PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR (PROD-SPV)
Requirements:
1. Max 40 years old
2. Bachelor degree from faculty of mining engineering / geology
3. Minimum 5 (five) years experience in mining company
4. Posses managerial ability such as planning, organizing, controlling and executing to all mining activities (heavy equipment, man power, etc)
5. Able to plan short term, middle term and long term of mining process
6. Good understanding about HSE / K3 procedures
7. Possessed POP certificate will be an advantage
8. Fluent in English both oral & written
9. Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
10. Leadership and people management skills with cross culture communication capabilities
11. Ability to motivate subordinates to achieve objectives of the department
9. ENVIRONMENTAL FOREMAN (ENVI-FOREMAN)
Responsibilities:
- Foreman for revegetation will responsible planning and conducting revegetation in ex mining area, including nursery, plantation and maintenance
Requirements:
- Male maximum 30 years old
- At least Hold Bachelor Degree (S1) from Forestry, Agriculture, Biology or related studies
- Have 2 years experience in same field (open for fresh graduate)
- Good Knowledge in nursery, planting and cultivation for land rehabilitation in ex mining area
- Fluent in English both oral & written
- Good Computer literate (MS-Office)
10. PURCHASING SUPERINTENDENT (PURCH-SPT)
Requirements:
1. Maximum 35 years old
2. D3/S1 degree from faculty of Finance, Management, Administration, Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering
3. Minimum 3 (three) years experience in mining or heavy equipment company
4. Well understanding about purchasing matters such as: purchase order, price comparison and make a link/connection to supplier
5. Fluent in English both oral & written. Fluent in Mandarin will be advantage
6. Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
7. Good skill in negotiating, persuading and maintaining harmonious relationship
8. Pro-active and flexible approach to problem solving and job responsibilities
9. Hardworking, able to work under pressure, self motivated and honest
10. To be located in site (Maluku islands), with rotation schedule
