1. OPERATION MANAGER / KTT (OM)

Requirements:

1. Age maximum 45 years old
2. Minimum 8 (eight) years experience in mining industry with minimum 4 (four) years in managerial level
3. Bachelor degree from faculty of mining engineer / geology
4. Posses POU (Pengawas Operasional Utama) certificate
5. Fluent in English both oral & written

2. HEAD of REPRESENTATIVE (HOR)

General Responsibilities:

1. Ensure HR initiatives, programs, and administration in the areas of personnel management and services, industrial relations, general affairs and compensation & benefit programs are implemented
2. Provide HR advice to line managers and management regarding HR policies and procedures to ensure the objectives of HR management are met
3. Ensure relations with Government / regulatory bodies are built and maintained
4. Ensure legal actions are secured properly through proper advice, administration process to meet company and legal requirements
5. Promote and participate in community programs, provide support on events and / or other activities aimed at developing good community and employee relations

Requirements:

1. Maximum 45 years old
2. Minimum a bachelor degree in Law or HR Management from reputable university
3. Possessing at least 8 (eight) years experience in Human Resource field, with minimum 4 (four) years in managerial position, preferably from mining industry
4. Experienced in recruitment, training & development, compensation & benefit, organizational development, payroll, and industrial relations
5. Deep understanding about man power regulation, especially in mining industry
6. Understand Collection and Treasury process is a must. Knowledge in Administration, Logistic, Procurement, ticketing, Information Technology is an advantage
7. Understand concept and strategy of branch operational and strong in financial aspects including internal control
8. Excellent in English, both written and oral

3. EXPLORATION & DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (EDM)

Requirements:

1. Age maximum 45 years old
2. Minimum 8 (eight) years experience in mining industry with minimum 4 (four) years in managerial level
3. Bachelor degree from faculty of mining engineer / geology
4. Posses POU certificate
5. Fluent in English both oral & written, fluent in Mandarin will be an advantage
6. Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
7. Extensive experience in mineral exploration and mining geology
8. Able to develop and oversee a successful exploration program
9. Manage and control all exploration operation aspect, include technical & non technical to achieve project target
10. Able to manage both natural resources and human resources to achieve efficient and productive result
11. Good leadership to subordinates with good interpersonal and organizational skills
12. Self confident and tactful to communicate with people in every level within the organization / corporate

4. PARAMEDIC SITE (NURSE)

Requirements:

- Male
- Age max 35 years old
- Hold Associate degree (D3) from Nursing faculty with GPA min 3,00 from scale 4
- Minimum 3 years experiences, preferably in mining industry
- Having “Surat Ijin Perawat” certification
- Proficient in MS office application
- Good knowledge about HSE/ K3
- Having good communication skill
- Good health, able to work with good result and always seek best solution to solve problems
- Willing to be place at Halmahera island (North Maluku) with rotation schedule

5. HUMAN RESOURCES GENERAL AFFAIR MANAGER (HRGAM)

Responsibilities:

- To be responsible in managing and maintaining all HR daily activities
- To ensure the implementation of system, policy and procedures throughout the company
- To manage recruitment and staffing process
- To perform tasks in the fields of employee relations (e.g. compensation and benefits, people motivation, discipline, employee services, employee welfare, and grievance procedures)
- To manage general HR administration, as well as to analyze and improve current administration practices
- To facilitate effective communication and staff relation across the organization

Requirements:

- Age maximum 45 years old
- Having minimum Bachelor degree majoring in Psychology/ Law/ or Human Resources Management
- Having at least 5 years of experience in related field in the same capacity, Managerial level
- Knowledge & understanding of Indonesia Labor Laws and Regulation, Industrial Relation, and it s implementation
- Good interpersonal, communication skill, build relationship, and excellent communication in English (verbal & written)
- Analytical thinking, strategic concept planning, and effective leadership, with high degree of integrity and responsibility
- Result oriented, Able to work under pressure and tight deadline, and committed to finish the task

6. SHIPPING SUPERINTENDENT (SHIP-SPT)

Requirements:

1. Male with minimum 10 (ten) years experience as Marine Operation Manager
2. Bachelor degree from marine science
3. Posses certificate of ANT 2
4. Fluent in English both oral & written
5. Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
6. Good health and able to work under pressure with good result and always seek best solution to solve problem
7. Experienced in handling Bulk Carrier/Cargo, Tug Boat & Barges in remote area
8. Good understanding on warehouse & shipping management system, Product handling and Control, ISO and HACCP
9. Monitoring the shipping schedule with port split, permit and discharge readiness. To coordinate with stakeholders in each discharging ports in preparation for ship arrival/cargo transfer
10. Monitor & update the movement and schedule of all vessels

7. DRILLING SUPERINTENDENT (DRILL-SPT)

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree in Technical (S-1)
- Having at least 10 (ten) years working experience in drilling with 5 (five) years in similar job
- Strong HSE background with safety leadership skills, coaching and mentoring skills, incident Investigation skills, knowledge of most common HSE tools and skills
- Strong in creating, enabling and managing relationships with the clients with full respect and trust to gain their continuous trust and credibility
- Good personal skills and ability to interact with all level within the organization Including the clients and key suppliers
- Excellent planning and coordination skills
- Strong computer and English literacy
- Have experiences in mining company will be an advantage

8. PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR (PROD-SPV)

Requirements:

1. Max 40 years old
2. Bachelor degree from faculty of mining engineering / geology
3. Minimum 5 (five) years experience in mining company
4. Posses managerial ability such as planning, organizing, controlling and executing to all mining activities (heavy equipment, man power, etc)
5. Able to plan short term, middle term and long term of mining process
6. Good understanding about HSE / K3 procedures
7. Possessed POP certificate will be an advantage
8. Fluent in English both oral & written
9. Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
10. Leadership and people management skills with cross culture communication capabilities
11. Ability to motivate subordinates to achieve objectives of the department

9. ENVIRONMENTAL FOREMAN (ENVI-FOREMAN)

Responsibilities:

- Foreman for revegetation will responsible planning and conducting revegetation in ex mining area, including nursery, plantation and maintenance

Requirements:

- Male maximum 30 years old
- At least Hold Bachelor Degree (S1) from Forestry, Agriculture, Biology or related studies
- Have 2 years experience in same field (open for fresh graduate)
- Good Knowledge in nursery, planting and cultivation for land rehabilitation in ex mining area
- Fluent in English both oral & written
- Good Computer literate (MS-Office)

10. PURCHASING SUPERINTENDENT (PURCH-SPT)

Requirements:

1. Maximum 35 years old
2. D3/S1 degree from faculty of Finance, Management, Administration, Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering
3. Minimum 3 (three) years experience in mining or heavy equipment company
4. Well understanding about purchasing matters such as: purchase order, price comparison and make a link/connection to supplier
5. Fluent in English both oral & written. Fluent in Mandarin will be advantage
6. Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
7. Good skill in negotiating, persuading and maintaining harmonious relationship

Gempa Bantul Dini Hari Tak Berpotensi Tsunami

BNTUL - Wilayah Kabupaten Bantul, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY), diguncang gempa bumi berkekuatan 5,0 skala Richter, Jumat (29/4/2011) sekitar pukul 00.41.
Menurut laman Badan Meteorologi Klimatologi dan Geofisika (BMKG), pusat gempa dari kedalaman 10 Km itu berlokasi di 8,95 LS - 109,82 BT, atau 132 km barat daya Bantul, 139 km barat daya Purworejo, 140 km barat daya Wonosari, dan 142 km tenggara Kebumen.

BMKG menyatakan gempa tersebtu tidak berpotensi tsunami. Gempa tektonik sering dilaporkan terjadi di Bantul dan sekitarnya yang wilayahnya di sebelah selatan berbatasan dengan Samudera Indonesia. Gempa terbesar terjadi pada 2006 silam, dan menewaskan ribuan orang.Kompas

Sony Corp menderita karena pembobolan besar-besaran atas jejaring online video game-nya yang membuat tercurinya nama, alamat dan kemungkinan besar data kartu kredit milik 77 juta pemilik akun jejaring itu.

Reuters memberitakan, pembobolan ini diwartakan sebagai salah satu pembobolan terbesar dalam sejarah keamanan internet.

Sony mengaku mendapati pembobolan Jejaring PlayStation-nya pada 19 April yang akhirnya mendesak perusahaan itu untuk segera memblokir jejaring online-nya tersebut.

Sony tidak mengungkapkan pembobolan ini ke publik sampai Rabu WIB ini yang terjadi beberapa jam setelah perusahaan itu meluncurkan komputer tablet pertamanya di Jepang.

Konglomerat elektronik itu adalah perusahaan Jepang terakhir yang dikecam karena tidak segera mengungkapkan kepada publik berita buruk yang menimpanya.

Tokyo Electric Power Co sudah lebih dulu dikritik karena penanganan kelirunya dalam krisis nuklir menyusul gempa dahsyat 11 Maret lalu.
Tahun lalu, Toyota Motor Corp didamprat publik karena kurang berterus terang dalam masalah penarikan besar-besaran produk kendaraannya.

Seorang yang ilegal dan tak berwenang telah mendapatkan nama-nama orang, alamat, alamat email, tanggal kelahiran, 'username', kata sandi, login, soal-soal keamanan (internet) dan banyak lagi, kata Sony dalam blog PlayStation-nya Rabu WIB.

Juru bicara Sony mengatakan bahwa perlu beberapa hari untuk menggelar investigasi forensik terhadap pembobolan itu sebelum perusahaan mengetahui pasti data konsumen telah dicatut.

Pemblokiran PlayStation Network membuat para pengguna video game Sony "terhibur" karena tak lagi bisa membeli dan mengunduh game, atau malah bermain dengan lawan-lawannya di Internet.

Alan Paller, Direktur Riset pada SANS Institute, mengatakan bahwa pembobolan data itu mungkin merupakan pencurian informasi data identitas terbesar yang pernah dicatat.

Harga saham Sony seketika naik 0,5 pesen di bursa Tokyo pada 2.421 yen per saham, tapi jauh di bawah kenaikan indeks Nikei 225 yang 1,5 persen.

Kemunduran Besar

Pembobolan data ini adalah kemunduran besar untuk produsen elektronik terkemuka Jepang itu. Kendati penjualan perangkat keras dan piranti lunak video game menurun secara global, kinerja PlayStation tetap mantap dan menjadi andalan Sony.

Sony berniat menggunakan game PlayStation untuk memancing konsumen membeli komputer tablet pertamanya, yang menurut perusahaan itu akan dirilis segera tahun ini demi menyaingi iPad buatan Apple Inc dan menyingkirkan Samsung Electronics dari posisi 2 pasar tablet.

Sony mengungkapkan, anak-anak yang akunnya dibuatkan oleh orangtua mereka juga kemungkinan besar ikut dibobol.

Sony mengatakan tidak ada bukti bahwa nomor kartu kredit telah juga dicuri, namun perusahaan ini mengingatkan kemungkinan itu tidak bisa dikesampingkan.

"Di luar berlebihnya peringatan, kami menyarankan Anda bahwa nomor kartu kredit Anda dan tanggal daluwarsanya mungkin telah didapat (si pembobol)," kata Sony.

Para analis mengatakan saat Sony mengungkapkan pembobolan itu, perusahaan itu tidak memberikan informasi mengenai bagaimana data pengguna bisa dicuri.

"Ini adalah pembobolan data yang luar biasa besar," kata analis Wedbush Securities, Michael Pachter, yang menaksir Sony mengeduk 500 juta dolar AS setiap tahun dari Playstation. "Masalah lebih besar yang dihadapi Sony adalah bagaimana peretas menggunakan informasi yang didapatkan mereka secara ilegal?"

Sony menyatakan telah menyewa perusahaan keamanan jaringan terkenal dari luar perusahaan untuk menyelidiki kasus ini.

Perusahaan ini juga mengungkapkan bahwa informasi akun pengguna PlayStation Network dan layanan Qriocity dibobol antara 17 April dan 19 April.

Paller mengatakan Sony kemungkinan besar tidak cukup memperhatikan keamanan ketika mengembangkan piranti lunak yang mengoperasikan jejaringnya. Demi memburu produk baru inovatif, keamanan jaringan memang kadang dinomorduakan.

"Mereka mesti cepat berinovasi. Itulah model bisnis," kata Paller. "Software baru punya kekurangan dalam soal ini. Oleh karena itu inovasi tersebut mengekspos kode eror di dalamnya."

Dia menduga para peretas telah memasuki jejaring dengan mengambilalih system administrator dari PC, sehingga bisa mengakses informasi sensitif mengenai para pelanggan Sony.

Para peretas kemungkinan mengirimkan pesan email ke administrator yang memuat software jahat yang diunduhkan ke PC pengguna.

Di masa lalu para peretas telah mencuri data pribadi di sejumlah besar perusahaan. Pada 2009, Albert Gonzalez mengaku bersalah karena mencuri puluhan juta nomor kartu kredit dengan membobol sistem komputer perusaahaan-perusahaan seperti 7-Eleven Inc dan Target Co.

Sony mengatakan bahwa para penggunanya bisa menyebarkan peringatan kepada para pemilik akun berkartu kredit melalui perusahaan-perusahan penerbit kartu kredit yang sudah merekomendasikan langkah ini.

Sony berjanji untuk memperbaiki sejumlah layanan jejaringnya dalam jangka waktu seminggu.

Perusahaan ini menolak mengomentari mengenai apakah mereka akan bekerjasama dengan pihak berwajib atau pihak lainnya untuk menyelidiki kasus ini.

Tapi menurut laporan New York Times, Sony telah melaporkan pembobolan data ini kepada Biro Penyelidikan Federal (FBI).

Senator dari Partai Demokrat Richard Blumenthal melayangkan sebuah surat kepada perusahaan Jepang itu untuk meminta penjelasana mengapa perusahaan ini tidak segera memberitahu pengguna PlayStation.

Jejaring online ini diluncurkan pada musim gugur tahun 2006 dan menawarkan game, musik dan film kepada orang-orang yang keranjingan PlayStation.

5 Ribu Pasukan Elite Amankan Pernikahan Pangeran William & Kate

Tuk-tuk beroda tiga adalah alat transportasi paling khas Bangkok.

Kebanyakan tuk-tuk ini aman, tapi Anda harus menghindari pengendara yang menawarkan harga sangat murah. "Empat puluh baht, seharian, saya antar Anda ke mana saja!"

Jika Anda bilang iya, maka Anda akan dibawa ke beberapa kuil, lalu ke sebuah restoran tempat Anda bisa makan siang. Si supir akan mendapat komisi karena telah membawa Anda. Tidak masalah, sih.

Sampai kemudian Anda akan dibawa ke “toko batu permata”, bahkan ketika Anda berkeras tidak tertarik untuk belanja. Para pengemudi tuk-tuk ini akan mendapat kupon untuk bensin atau komisi dari tempat-tempat seperti ini sementara Anda menghabiskan waktu melihat-lihat barang-barang tak berharga. Anda masih beruntung jika hanya rugi waktu.

Agar Anda menikmati naik tuk-tuk tanpa harus khawatir akan tipuan semacam ini, dekati atau berhentikan tuk-tuk daripada Anda menerima tawaran dari pengemudi yang mendekati Anda.

1. Senior Mine Plan Engineer (Code : Senior MPE)

Requirements:

- Minimum S1 Degree in Mining Engineering from reputable university.
- Minimum 7 Years Experience as mine plan engineer in coal mining industry.
- Having POM (Pengawas Operasional Madya) certificate is preferable.
- Computer Literate in using MS office and mining software such as: minescape, minex and surpac.
- Good analytical ability and have a good problem solving.
- Having good leadership, general managerial, project management, good analytical and problem solving.
- Will be placed in site.

2. Production Department Head (Code : PDH)

Requirements:

- Male, max 45 years old.
- Minimum S1 Degree in mining engineering.
- Minimum 7 years experience in mining industry with minimum 5 years in managerial level as Production Department Head.
- Computer Literate in using MS office and mining software such as: minescape, minex and surpac.
- Minimum POM certificate.
- Well understanding about mining operation (design, production, facility, equipment, man power).
- Good knowledge about HSE / K3 procedure.
- Able to maintain harmonious relationship with local and central government related to mining policies and procedures as well as CSR.
- Fluent in English both oral & written.
- Willing to be located in site : South Kalimantan.

3. Production Supervisor / Pit Supervisor (Code : PS)

Requirements:

- Male, age maximum 35 years old.
- Minimum S1 Degree in mining engineering/geology.
- Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in coal mining industry.
- Having POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certificate is preferable
- Fluent in English both oral & written.
- Well understanding about mining operation (facility / equipment / man power).
- Good knowledge about Safety/K3 procedure.
- Able to make a plan and execution, including production mining analysis and cost.
- Good leadership to subordinates with good interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Willing to be placed in remote area.

4. Infrastructure Project Section Head (Code : InfraSH)

Requirements:

- Minimum S1 Degree in Civil Engineering from reputable university.
- Minimum 5 Years Experience in road infrastructure, bridge, port.
- Have experience in Construction and hauling road maintenance will be advantage.
- Have “Keahlian Pelaksana Jalan“ certificate is prefered.
- Good analytical ability and have a good problem solving.
- Having good leadership, general managerial, project management, good analytical and problem solving.
- Be able to adapt quickly.

5. Stake Out/Resurvey (Code : Survey)

Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed surveys of mine operation.
- Preparation of plan from field survey.
- Understand to do survey & data process by manual & computerized system.
- Scheduling and conducting the mine survey by using total station instrument (Total Station, Theodolite, etc).

Requirements:

- Minimum STM Tambang or D3 Geodetic from reputable University.
- Minimum 2 years experience in coal mining industry.
- Knowledge of mine planning and survey related software.
- Ready worked in remote area.

6. Purchasing Technical Staff (Code : Pur)

Requirements:

- Male/Female, max 30 years old.
- Minimum S1 Degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years experience as Purchasing Staff.
- Having good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skill in team, self motivated person and independent.
- Computer Literate in using MS office.
- Willing to be located in remote area.

7. Production Engineer (PE)

Responsibilities:

- Technical and mine planning support to the operation (production).
- Monitor contractor and equipment performance.
- Develop and maintain cost control reporting system.
- Propose a Production Improvement.

Requirements:

- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years practical operating mining experience in a similar role.
- Having capability to manage heavy equipment and production management.
- A working knowledge of Minescape mine planning software.
- Good communication skills.
- Preferably held a “POP” Mining Indonesia competency certificate.
- Be an efficient, honest, team player, with analytical skills, attention to detail and quality, be persistent and systems oriented.
- Ready worked in remote area.

8. Hauling Road Maintenance (Code : HRM)

Responsibilities:

- Monitor road maintenance and improvements works according to the specifications required.
- Plan to use proper heavy equipments for road maintenance.
- Road cost estimation and evaluation.

Requirements:

- Minimum D3/S1 graduate in civil engineering (structure/construction) or relevant disciplines.
- Minimum 2 Years experience in the hauling road construction & maintenance is preferably.
- Good knowledge in heavy equipment operational and road maintenance.
- Able to operate computer (Ms. Office, AutoCad).
- Ability to use survey equipments.
- Will be placed on site.

9. Port & Stockpile Supervisor (Code : Port)

Responsibilities:

- Manage all port activities consist of: weight bridges, stockpiling, crushing, loading, barging, thanshipment, and quality assurance.
- Monitoring all operation documentations.
- To ensure the harmony and good cooperation between the company, Agent And the port terminal Operator.

Requirements:

- Minimum S1 Degree in Maritime Studies or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Experienced in the management of the coal stockpile, coal crushing and loading.
- Having a good knowledge, negotiation skill, and leadership.
- Applicants must be willing to work in South Kalimantan.

10. Geologist (Code : Port)

Requirements:

- Male, Min. S1 Geology from reputable university.
- 1 - 3 Years experience as geologist.
- Having a Good Knowledge & able to use geological software, is a must.
- Will be placed in remote area.

Laba-Laba Aneh Bikin Geger, Bertanduk dan Bercangkang

Mojokerto - Dua ekor binatang yang seperti laba-laba yang berbentuk aneh menggegerkan warga Desa Gembongan, Kecamatan Gedeg, Kabupaten Mojokerto. Laba-laba itu menyerupai kepiting dan bertanduk serta memiliki keanehan lainnya.

Laba-laba aneh yang bersarang di pohon mangga tersebut pertama kali ditemukan Ilham Setiawan (38). Saat itu, Ilham hendak memberi makan burung-burung peliharaannya. Tiba-tiba tak sengaja, Ilham melihat seekor laba-laba yang memiliki cangkang di sarang burung.

Karena penasaran, Ilham akhirnya menangkap laba-laba tersebut dan menaruhnya dalam toples kaca. "Bentuk laba-laba itu sangat aneh, ada tanduknya pula," kata Ilham kepada detiksurabaya.com di rumahnya, Senin (25/4/2011) sore.

Sehari setelah menemukan laba-laba tersebut, Ilham kembali menemukan jenis laba-laba yang sama di pohon mangga tersebut dan segera menangkapnya. Karena semakin penasaran, akhirnya Ilham berusaha mencari jenis spesies serangga tersebut dari internet.

"Saya cari tidak ada yang berjenis seperti ini," imbuhnya.

Dari pengamatan detiksurabaya.com, laba-laba aneh tersebut berbeda dengan laba-laba pada umumnya. Saat serangga ini disentuh manusia, kepala langsung sembunyi ke dalam tubuhnya layaknya kura-kura. Sementara kakinya bisa melipat dibawah badannya seperti kepiting.

Bahkan, saat binatang yang berukuran 2 cm x 1 cm ini jatuh, ternyata juga bisa terbang karena bentuk tubuhnya yang lebar dibanding kakinya. "Saya kaget laba-laba ini bisa terbang," imbuh Ilham.

Saat ini, rumah Ilham ramai dikunjungi warga setempat karena penasaran ingin melihat dari dekat.surabaya.detik

Kembali hari ini Selasa (26/4/2011), Cilacap dilanda gempa berkeluatan 6.3 Skala Richter tepat pukul 13.39 WIB pusat berlokasi 120 kilometer Barat Daya Cilacap di Kedalaman 24 kilometer.
