MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR (MECHANICAL)
POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The incumbent will be responsible to:
- Supervision and proper implementation of maintenance plans and activities in the plant according to Wartsila standards.- Plans, organizes, direct, controls and coordinates all activities involving preventive maintenance schedules and repair of engine and auxiliaries.- Implementation and supervision of major & minor maintenance overhauls of engine & auxiliaries equipment for the diesel generator, MFO system.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- University Degree (S1) Mechanical or Marine Engineering.
- Min. 3 years experience in the same field.
- Strong maintenance/technical knowledge, good leadership, a team player with excellent interpersonal skill, understand some of inventory management software.
- Ability to communicate well, good written and spoken English.
- Willing to be stationed in Pontianak.
