Contact Center Agent Bukopin (Jakarta Raya – Kedoya – Jakarta Barat)
Responsibilities:
* Male / Female
* Maximum age 35 years at the time of hiring
* Minimum D3 graduates of all majors, graduate D3 (min GPA 2.50) or S1 graduate (min GPA 2.00)
* Willing to work shift, the South Jakarta area of domicile and would be placed in Tendean
* Has good sound quality / clear articulation
* Have the skills to use computers
* Excellent proficiency in English
* Able neat and clean
* Have a general knowledge of banking products
* Graduated from a whole series of selection tests
* Having a call center experience preferred
Requirements:
* Serving the calls from Bank Bukopin customers
* Provide appropriate information required by customers associated with the product Bukopin
* Handling complaints well
* Provide the best service and satisfaction to customers of the bank Bukopin
