HRD Supervisor
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for overall HR Policy, Programmes, Processes, Systems and Procedures including compensation & benefits, administration, training & development, industrial and employee relations.
* Provide leadership and overall management and performance of Human Resource Dept.
* Support Business Unit in developing Organization Structure by ensuring efficient headcount planning through multi-skilling.
* Source and recruit talent for as per planned Organization Structure and Headcount.
* Support the assigned Business Units in people development
* Provide feedback and inputs to the Group for central development of Strategies, Policies, Programmes, Systems and Procedures.
* Conduct diagnostic studies of frequently occurring people issues that have linkages to Business performance and results and recommend and implement remedial action.
* Ensure that adequate communication is maintained between the Leadership and the employees.
* Ensure that Corporate HR policies and systems are complied
* Ensure that newly recruited staff are properly facilitated and inducted into the Company and the Business Unit.
* Manage and monitor the roll-out of the Performance Management Programmes, Performance Reviews and compensation and benefits administration.
* Directly accountable for development of employees in HR Department
* Advanced reporting and all about JAMSOSTEK
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Law or equivalent.
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Corporate Strategy/Top Management or equivalent.
