Organization Development Officer (Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:

* Job Analysis, Job Evaluation, Organization Structure
* Performance Management, HR Policy

Requirements:

* Male/Female, age max 31 years old
* Bachelor degree, any major
* Minimum 1 years work experience as an expertise in HR / OD field
* Experience on conducting job evaluations
* Good knowledge in performance management system and CBHRM
* Able to design the salary structure
* Able to develop HR policy & procedure
* Computer literate, English proficiency
