Project Engineer - Electrical (Code: EE)
Responsibilities:
* Part of project team to initiate and developing the project plan and determine key priorities;
* Provide technical advice and deliver service consistent with time, quality, environment and safety parameters and contribute to the overall success of the projects;
* Identify potential problems and risks and develops contingency/mitigation plans. Oversees implementation of the project plan and monitors progress;
* Liaise and intensive communication with customer, contractors, consultants and KPC personnel for electrical, control system and related project requirements;
* Ensure that all services and projects undertaken meet technical specification, standard and project management practice;
* Demonstrate commitment to HSE and meeting the requirements of Prima Nirbhaya;
* Perform key priorities determined in the section’s annual plan. Contribute in achieving section’s budget plan and work priorities to provide efficient, effective customer service, and identification of strength and opportunity.
Requirements:
* Possess S1 in Electrical/Control System Engineering with at least 3 years in electrical/control system engineering of relevant mining/industry experiences;
* Possess extensive experiences and proven skills in running service/operation/maintenance and production facilities in the mining or industry, preferably involving remote or develop locations;
* Have an understanding of how to manage projects, including engineering, procurement and construction of fixed plant’s electrical and control systems;
* Use experience accumulated in the current or similar roles to demonstrate a capability to think across others;
* Good interpersonal and communication skills both in Bahasa Indonesia and English;
* Good knowledge of KPC’s HSE policies, procedures and standards.
Project Engineer - Mechanical (Code: EM)
Responsibilities:
* Apply scientific principles and techniques in mechanical engineering situations
* Interpret technical drawing , specifications and manuals
* Undertake specific project management activities in accordance with agreed project management plan
* Gather, validate, store, retrieve, filter and disseminate information as directed within agreed procedures to aid decision making processes throughout project life cycle.
* Monitor aspects of project scope and report instances of non-compliance with overall scope.
* Use techniques to measure, record and report variance between actual and planned progress of project activities.
* Prepare, storage, and release under delegated authority technical reports and project documentation associated with project.
Requirements:
* Mechanical Engineering background with good academic standing.
* Minimum 3 (three) years working experience in fixed plant (preferably bulk material handling) with sufficient exposure to capital projects.
* Understand project management tools and techniques.
* Knowledge and experience in equipment installation techniques and standards.
* Knowledge and sufficient experience in project cost estimation.
* Knowledge in contract administration and supply chain management.
* Analytical and problem solving skills.
* Conversant with technical and project documentation.
* Excellent communication skills both in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
* High personal energy level, enthusiastic and able to work under pressure in project environment.
