Promo Coordinator Jabo (Job Code: PCJ) Jakarta
Responsibilities:
1. Support regional sales target by implement and monitor promotion and communication activities within respective regional sales areas
2. Giving input and feedback of local ATL content customization, incl. media mix spending, managing 3rd parties & ads agencies
3. Develop and execute local BTL campaign, including managing 3rd parties & agencies
4. Managing PoP distribution placement starting from planning, placement, to monitoring and reporting
5. Budget control and report of local A&P and actual costs
6. Competitor activities monitoring and analysis
7. Evaluating, analyze and give feedback to programs executed
Requirements:
* S1 in Marketing / Communication with 3-5 years experience in related area
* Knowledge of Sales and marketing
* Knowledge of Telecommunication Industry;
* Skills in Project Management and computer program
* Customer oriented, result oriented (initiative, innovative, managing performance)
* Communication (oral/written, persuasive, motivational, team building interpersonal, influencing, collaborative)
