1. Health Safety and Environment Manager (HSEM)
Qualification:
* Male max 40 years old.
* Minimum S1 (Bachelor Degree) in Occupational Health & Safety from the reputable university.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in Safety Management Supervision and Implementation, Safety program facilitator and coaching program.
* Proficient in MS Office program.
* The Obligated to owns certificate AK3
* Good driver and have a valid driving license (A).
* Preferred those who have attended Fire Prevention training, HUET, Sea Survival and Basic Safety Training.
2. Procurement Manager (PM)
Personal Qualifications:
* Male, Bachelor degree any discipline (min. GPA: 3.0)
* Doing sourcing all vendors with qualification for tender.
* Doing negotiation with all vendors to fine a good price according with OE (owner estimation) and all specification according with requirement by user.
* Understand making purchase contracts with vendors.
3. Expediting & Shipping (ES)
* Male, Bachelor degree any discipline (min. GPA: 3.0)
* Minimum 2 years experience in their fields.
4. Account Payable & Account Receivable (AP & AR)
Job Responsibilities:
* Male/Female, Bachelor degree Majoring Accounting (min. GPA: 3.0)
* To conduct the examination of invoices – invoices received to ensure completeness and validity.
* Doing the input of transactions – transactions into e-tax returns to ensure that all reports have been submitted with accurate and timely.
* Preparing the daily outstanding balance (DO) to provide accurate information to management on daily outstanding position DO.
* Creating AR Aging Report and Reconciliation monthly for confirmation and inspection for compliance with the financial statements.
* Coordinate with suppliers to the completeness problem billing documentation to ensure that all billing is correct.
5. Payroll & Comben
* Female, Bachelor degree any discipline (min. GPA: 3.0)
* Understand and be proficient using MS Office programs, especially Excel and understand payroll software.
* Carefully, understand the rules and regulations of payroll and employees rights, PPh 21
6. Asset & Facilities Personal Qualifications
* Male, Bachelor degree any discipline (min. GPA: 3.0)
* Minimum 2 years experience in their fields.
7. Document Control Personal Qualifications
* Male/Female, Bachelor degree any discipline (min. GPA: 3.0)
* Minimum 2 years experience in their fields.
* Thorough and meticulous in the grouping of project documents and HO.
8. Piping Engineer
* Male, Bachelor degree Engineering (min. GPA: 3.0)
* Minimum 2 years experience in their fields.
9. Project Admin
* Male, Bachelor degree any discipline (min. GPA: 3.0)
* Minimum 2 years experience in their fields.
10. HSE Staff
* Male, Bachelor degree any discipline (min. GPA: 3.0)
* Minimum 2 years experience in their fields.
11. Civil Engineer (CE)
Job Responsibilities:
* He must responsible for monitoring design progress.
* He must responsible for checking structural analysis from consultant.
* He is fully support engineering department.
Requirements:
* Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering.
* Minimum 2-3 years related working experience, preferably in Tower Industry.
* Experience in handling tower and very good knowledge in tower.
* Able to work as a team.
* Able to work under pressure and overtime.
* Speaks/understands/reads English.
