* Having experience in similar position minimum 2 years
* Have experience in Training Need Analysis
* Have experience in training matters & conduct training programs
* Organize all training & development activities
* Outstanding verbal & written communication skill
* Computer literate & familiar with presentation slide
* Team work oriented, assertive & fully initiative
