Responsibilities:
* Coordinate, manage, monitor and evaluate the whole process, resources and production activities in the noodles section to ensure the production runs well and produce the optimal production quantity, meet the quality standards with the lowest production costs
* Ensure all production activities are meet with HACCP, ISO, GMP, Safety and Food Safety Standard
* Coordinate the implementation of maintenance and repair machinery in order to maintain and improve Production Machine performance and its continuous improvement to achieve the production goal (KPI)
Requirements:
* Male, max 35 years old
* Bachelor degree majoring in Food Technology, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
* Minimum 3 years experience in the same position in Food Company, experienced in Noodle Industry is a plus
* Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 22000, TPM, OHSAS, ISO 14000, TQM, Lean Six Sigma, HACCP, GMP, QMS, Supply Chain Principles and Manufacturing System
* Computer literate
* Confident to spoken and written in English
* High initiative, passionate, motivator, innovation and empowerment
