Reference: Bilingual in English and Indonesian with good technical knowledge of the equipment and systems employed and great customer service skills; able to assist visitors in achieving a memorable experience during a visit to @america with online resources and gaming, print materials; must understand and be able to communicate about the U.S.
Reporting: Solid line to the Director of PTG for disciplinary matters and to Assistant Site Manager (program, events, and achievement) and dotted line to the Site Manager for activities at the @america (events planning, marketing, and PR).
Education: Minimum of an SMA / SMK, with preference for a D3.
Output, Value Added, or Results of Successful Job Performance:
- Greet and guide visitors to @america to achieve an exciting, engaging, memorable and safe experience.
- Train visitors in utilizing the installed @america equipment and software to maximize their time in the facility.
Reporting and Coordinating Role:

- Provide visitor feedback to the program development team.
Operational:
- Debrief at shift end (or latest at the beginning of the next shift) observations for the improvement in the operational flow of program delivery and visitor activities.
