FINANCE DIRECTOR (Code: FD)
- Male / Female maximum age of 45 years.
- Master Degree in Accounting or Finance from reputable Univesity.
- Min. 5 years at similiar position with senior level experience in leading Finance and Accounting area.
- Excellent in time management skills to handle multiple tasks and following through on projects.
- Posses excellent problem solving and analytical skill.
- Work experience in multinational company will be an advantage.
SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER (Code : HRD)
- Male/Female maximum age of 45 years.
- Min. S1 degree from reputable university majoring in Psychology or Law.
- Min. 5 years of HR generalist experience in professional organization.
- Knowledge of Labour Law in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication, Analytical and Organizational skills, strong managerial and leadership skill, assertive and having good interpersonal skill.
- Fluent in English and computer literate.
OPERATION MANAGER (Code : OM)
- Male/Female maximum age of 35 years.
- Min. S1 degree from reputable university.
- Min. 3 years managerial experience in retail operation with deep knowledge in the fashion industry.
- Fluent in English, computer literate and good appearance is must.
- Possess good knowledge of customer service standard, product and fashion.
- Attention to detail, trustworthy with pleasant personality.
- Able to train, manage and negotiate with people at all levels (internal and external).
ACCOUNTING & FINANCE SUPERVISOR (Code : AFS)
- Male / Female maximum age of 35 years.
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting.
- At least 3 years experience in the same field.
- Able to work in team or on your own initiative.
- Responsible to produce complete set of financial reports.
- Knowledge of Indonesian Tax Regulation
- Good comment in English language both oral and written.
PROGRAM DIRECTOR (Code : PD)
- Male/Female, age 30-35, min. S1 degree from a reputable university, preferably Mass Communication majors.
- Min. 4 years working experience in journalistic/broadcasting.
- Strong writing skills, creative, innovative, and energetic with strong leadership.
ACCOUNT MANAGER (Code : AM)
- Male/Female, age maximum 35 years old, min. S1 degree from a reputable university, Marketing major is preferable.
- Min 4 – 5 years working experience.
- Posses both strong negotiation skills and excellent lobbying skills, strong knowledge of marketing and strong leadership.
WEB/INTERACTIVE DESIGNER (Code : WID)
- Must have good taste in design.
- Min. 2 years experience in Web Design is required.
- Proficient in Photoshop, Dreamweaver, CSS and able to animate in Flash.
- Knowledge in Web.2.0, PHP, Actionscript and Javascript would be a plus.
- Team player and good internal communication skill would be preferred.
- Portfolio submission is mandatory.
WEB PROGRAMMER (Code: WP)
- Have excellent communication skill.
- Capable of grasping business logic and writing it down in technical schemes.
- Have robust experience of building web
- CMS, e-commerce with PHP/Javascript/Actionscript (Flash Programming)
- Understand deeply about managing open source data
INTERNET SALES & MARKETING (Code : ISM)
- Min. S1 in IT field preferably with marketing experience.
- Min. 2 years experience in online business.
- Good communication and interrelationship skill.
- Strong personality, target and result oriented to achieve goals.
- Familiar with internet selling.
- Having their own transportation is preferable.
WEB CONTENT EDITOR (Code : WCE)
- Min.2 years experience is content editing.
- Proficiency with the English Language is a must.
- Journalistic background would be an advantage.
- Has interest in entertainment and lifestyle.
CREATIVE ASSISTANT (Code : CA)
- Male/Female, max. 27 years of age with University background, preferably majoring in Mass Communication /Journalistic.
- Creative, attractive, hard working & energetic, with strong skill in writing & communication.
- Possessed excellent English command of both spoken and written.
