*Qualification:*
1. Male, max 40 years old
2. Minimum 3 (three) years experience as HR Generalist, preferably in
mining industry
3. Bachelor degree from any major, preferably from Law or Psychology
4. Fluent in English both oral & written, fluent in Mandarin will be
advantage
5. Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
6. Well understanding about man power regulation, recruitment and
training, compensation benefit, payroll, industrial relation, performance
appraisal and human resource information system (HRMS).
7. *Willing to be placed in Maluku Island*
