- Min. S1 degree in any major, preferably management, accounting and finance
- Having minimum of 5 years experience in Managerial Level especially in business such as food and beverage / hospitality industry
- Able to communicate with many respectful parties and company stakeholders
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent Marketing and business development skills
- Familiar with Balance score card
- Must be familiar in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources and expert in marketing operational
- Having experience in food industry, (prefer in Bakery)
- Should be highly motivated and self driven with strong analytical and conceptual thinking
- Strong leadership, decision making, interpersonal skill and can work under pressure
- Strategic thinker and target oriented
- Able to work and perform under pressure
BUILDING AND PROPERTY MANAGEMENT MANAGER
Function:
Develop Company business through out Indonesian area.
Responsibility :
- Find and propose to board of Director for the new business units which have big potential for company business development.
- Coordinate Holland Bakery’s counter development implementation, prepare marketing business’s unit from beginning until it’s ready to operate with the efficiency cost.
- Coordinate monitoring implementation and property building maintenance so the function and appearance are always in the maximum standard with the efficiency cost.
Qualification:
- Male
- Min degree on S1 Technic / Architecture / Management
- Minimum experience 5 years in managerial position especially in property area.
- Decision making, have a good analytical thinking and strategic.
- Good sense of business.
- Excellent leadership skill.
- Good communication and negotiation skill.
- Fluent in Mandarin is an advantage.
- Familiar with computer application in MS Office.
- Willing to travel through out Indonesia.
