Senior Recruitment Officer (HR&R/HR/PHEONWJ/I/0214/1)
Qualification :
- Min. Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Psychology/Law/any related disciplines
- Having min 7 years of working experiences in Human Resource with min 3 year experience handling recruitment activities, preferably in Oil and Gas Industry and or in Consultancy or Headhunting services.
- Having proper understanding in recruitment and selection management, RPTK management, job analysis, assessment center & psychological test, total remuneration program, and industrial relation.
- Good knowledge in competency based and behavioral event interviews
- Knowledgeable in contractual and manpower regulation (UU 13 year 2003)
- Good command in English (verbal and written)
- Computer literacy (Ms. Office)
- Education Required : S1
- Education Dicipline :Psychology/Law/any related discipline
