Creating packages, attractive and competitive marketing proposals to support sales targets
S1 Leading University (preferably Mathematics, Communication)
Ever worked in the media industry, min. 2 years
Have skill to create communications proposals, media plans
Seniors max. 30 years
Senior Account Manager – (SAM)
Male/Female, max 40 years old, Bachelor Degree from any major
Proven experience in the same position for 5 years, preferably in Media Industry
Have a proven sales management experience, together with a good record of achieving targets
Have excellent analytical, power of negotiation, leadership skills and also capacity to develop marketing strategies and good networking
Computer literate, especially in MS. Office and good presentation skills
Account Manager (AM)
Male/Female, max 35 years old
Bachelor Degree from any major
Min. 4 years experienced in Broadcast (TV or Agency)
Good personality, Leadership, Communication and Negotiation Skill
Executive Secretary (E-SEC)
Female, max. 35 years old
Diploma Degree with min. 5 years experience as secretary from multinational company
Ability to interact effectively at all levels internally and externally
Highly motivated, energetic innovative, and presentable
Good looking and computer literate
Producer (PRO) (News & Non News Program)
Male/Female, Bachelor Degree
Min. 3 years experience as Reporter or min 5 years as a Production Staff at a TV Station
Min. 2 years as a Assistant Producer
Creative, Innovative and Open Minded
Energetic and Willing to work in flexible long hours
Good team player
Fluent English (TOEFL Score min. 500)
