Key Responsibility:
  1. Provide an adequate decision support system by providing information, that is, timely, accurate, consistent, complete, and relevant
  2. Learn and understand Insurance Business in order to provide accurate, complete, and relevant information for users
Job Description:
  • Provide report according to user requirements
  • Maintain existing reporting system (OLAP, Automail report and Auto Response system)
  • Design and develop report repositories
  • Provide data for company portals and business user analysis
Requirements:
  • S1 Degree in computer science, IT, or Engineering from reputable university
  • Experience in custom web based application development and distributed application design, fresh graduate are welcomed to apply
  • Proficient in MS SQL Server DTS and Transact SQL.
  • Strong project management and documentation skills – disciplined, organized, attentive to detail
  • Strong business acumen with reasonable analytical skills, and excellent problem solving and debugging skills

Actuarial – Business Plan (Sr. Manager) (Code: ACT)

Responsibilities:
  1. Create and monitor financial business plan
  2. Together with finance and accounting create a new business realization report
  3. Prepare Market Consistent Embedded Value and VONB report
  4. Justify on Pre Launch acquisition cost request
  5. Do free surplus analysis
  6. Monitor company product profitability and advise on any potential financial risk exposure
Requirements:
  • S1 from reputable university in Mathematics, Statistics, or related area, with minimum IPK of 2.75 (Scale 4.00).
  • Minimum 5 years experience in valuation and/or pricing.
  • Minimum qualification as an Associate (ASAI) of Persatuan Aktuaris Indonesia
  • Familiar with Prophet, or other actuarial tools/software, is preferred.
  • Good in modeling.
  • Good command in English, both oral and written
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Hard worker, good team work, and eager to learn

Actuarial (Code: ACT)

Responsibilities:
Analyze statistical data, such as mortality, accident, sickness, disability, and retirement rates and construct probability tables to forecast risk and liability for payment of future benefits. May ascertain premium rates required and cash reserves necessary to ensure payment of future benefits

Requirements:
  • S1 from reputable university in Mathematics, Statistics, or related area, with minimum IPK of 2.75 (Scale 4.00).
  • Minimum 1- 3 years experience in Actuarial or Firm foundations in Calculus, basic Statistics, or other related Actuarial subjects, fresh graduate are also welcomed
  • Qualified as an Associate (ASAI) of Persatuan Aktuaris Indonesia is an advantage
  • Good understanding in MS Excel, and any actuarial tools (Prophet) is an advantage
  • Good command in English, both oral and written
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Hard worker, good team work, and eager to learn

  • Min. S1 Degree in IT or equivalent from reputable universities
  • Able to learn new technologies very quickly and resolve any problems involved in integrating new technologies
  • Familiar with application programming, such as Delphi, VB (VB6 & VBNet), Web Application, SQL Server, preferably familiar with Crystal Reports and MySQL (for Development) and Client-Server Programming, N-Tier Concept, and Script (for Helpdesk Engineer)
