Job Requirement:
All applicants must have these specific details as follow:
Male/Female, age between max. 35 years old.
Graduate from reputable university with minimum S1 (Sarjana), Psychology or Industrial Engineering background will be an advantage.
Have experience in Multinational Company.
Able to work under very high pressure working environment with tight deadline.
Have experience as Trainer, Familiarity with Health and Safety issues – K3 certification will be preferable.
Experience in developing procedures/procedural compliance.
Acquaintance with ISO Quality Management will be an advantage.
Computer literate especially in Microsoft Excel, & Word.
Excellent Communication skill.
Analytic, detail oriented and firm person.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia for reading, listening & writing is a must.
Able to work as an individual and as a team. And have a strong self determined personality.
Proven integrity, decisive, excellent problem handling, strong work ethos.
