Receptionist
1. Male/Female max 30 years
2. Minimum Diploma degree
3. Minimum 2 years experience in hospitality industry preferred
4. Excellent telephone manners
5. Good interpersonal skill is an absolute
6. Excellent prioritization skill, as well as been able to multitask
7. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel
8. Good stress & anger management ability
9. Flexibility with work time
Laundry Supervisor
1. Prefer at least some college level coursework
2. Two years laundry experience in a large scale operation with previous supervisory experience
3. Knowledge of the principles, procedures and equipment used in receiving, sorting, washing, ironing, finishing, and distributing laundry in large quantities
4. Knowlege of laundry sanitation & safety measures used in operating, cleaning & care of equipment & machinery
5. Knowledge of preparing and using bleaches, soaps, starches & disinfectant compounds
6. Knowledge on methods used to remove stains from various materials
7. Ability to motivate & lead teams
8. Excellent time management skills
9. Must be very detail oriented
IT Staff
1. Male/Female, max 30 years
2. Minimum a diploma degree in a relevant field
3. Min 2 years experience in IT field, but fresh graduates who meet the requirements are also encouraged to apply
4. Hands on experience in LAN, WAN, setting & maintenance, hardware trouble & assembly, software installation & daily troubleshooting.
5. English literate, have a good attitude with high integrity & responsibility, able to work independently under minimum supervision
6. Proficient in AutoCad, CorelDraw, and PhotoShop is an advantage
