Customer Service Officer (Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
Handles incoming calls or inquiries from prospective customers or clients;
Assists customers effectively by solving customer disputes;
Provides customer additional information or explains services;
Discusses products offered and ensures customer satisfaction;
Tactfully handles confrontational or stressful interactions with the public;
Completes supporting paperwork and data entry as required;
Accurately captures customer information;
Creates and maintains service reports.
Requirements:
Female, age max. 30 years old;
Minimum Diploma degree or equivalency;
Minimum experience 1 year prior experience preferred (in General Insurance will be advantage);
Good in handles confidential financial and personal information appropriately;
Excellent Communication Skill and Negotiation Skills;
Having detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy;
Strong ability to multitask;
Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations;
Possess strong problem solving skills;
Proficient in English both oral & written;

Requirements:
Age between 30 – 40 years old;
Min. S1 from any discipline;
Min.5 yrs exp. in General Insurance Company (especially in handling Leasing or Banking);
Min.3 yrs exp. in Managerial positions;
Strong Leadership, Excellent Communication & Presentation Skill;
English & Computer Literate is a must;
Highly motivated, discipline, honest, client oriented;
Strong knowledge of business plan & sales procedures.
