ARCHITECTS AND 3D ARTISTS
The TOWNLAND Group is a leading and expanding multi-national planning and design consultancy, providing urban and regional planning, master planning, urban design, landscape architecture, architecture and related services in Hong Kong, Indonesia, China, India and other locations in South East Asia.
We are currently engaged on some of the largest and most prominent development projects in the Asian region, comprising a wide variety of land use circumstances.
We are seeking Architects and 3D Artists for our Jakarta office, PT. Townland International to work on our rapidly growing portfolio of work across the Asian region. Candidates will ideally possess:
Architects and 3D Artists
Architects:
- A drive towards creativity and innovation that will result in practical design solutions
- Advanced sustainable architecture planning experience
- A relevant degree in Architecture and 5 years working experienc
- Solid experience in project management
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- A willingness to undertake international travel
- A high quality portfolio illustrating advanced design thinking.
3D Artists:
- Ability to create artistic 3D architectural perspectives – high quality and photorealistic
- Creative and innovative graphic communication skills – we focus on extra-ordinary creativity
- A Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design/Architect
- Diverse software skills (3D Studio Max, Photoshop, InDesign Freehand, PowerPoint,..)
- Portfolio of high quality photorealistic 3D perspectives.
We offer a salary for 3D Artists of between Rp 3.000.000 and Rp 5.000.000 per month (based on creative excellence).
