RELATIONSHIP MANAGER (CODE : RM)

Responsibilities :
Reporting to the Team Head of Remote Banking and Branch Development, this role will be responsible to search for new customers, understanding customer needs, actively educating existing and potential customers about Investment Products and selling Investment Products to qualified customers. The individual will also be responsible for achieving stretch sales targets aimed at increasing funds under management, revenue, customer numbers and cross-sell, along with high degrees of customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements :
- Female or Male, max. 30 year of age
- Attractive & good appearance
- S1 / S2 from any reputable university
- Good personality & communication skill (persuasive)
- Have an excellent selling & networking skills
- Ability to speak foreign language (English/Mandarin/Hokkian) will be an advantage
- Min. 2 years experience in banking industry as Relationship Manager / Funding Officer and has customer base
- Have The ability to undertake heavy workload, strong leadership, excellent interpersonal relationship skill, target oriented, a through knowledge of all the bank’s products & service
