ASSOCIATE CONSULTANT (S)
Delivering and managing Talent Management services, within the scope of Selection/Assessment and Strategic Human Capital consulting areas.
Roles and Responsibility:
-Developing solutions that meet clients’ needs and requirements, utilizing DDI and/or non-DDI’s methodology.
-Conducting program delivery, utilizing DDI and non-DDI methodology.
-Project management to maintain highest standard of delivery.
-Build and maintain relationships with clients.
-Continuously develop skills and professionalism in project delivery.
-Provides sales support in project development phase.

Posisi :
ASSOCIATE CONSULTANT (S)
Persyaratan :
-Minimum S1/Bachelor degree from any discipline/major. S2/Master degree will be a plus.
-Fluency in English (written and verbal).
-Computer Literacy: MS Office.
-Minimum 3-years working experience in a medium to large organization at a tactical leader level.
-Experience in a multinational company is preferable.
