- Nature of Leadership
- Minimum GPA 3.00
- Good communications skills and team work attitude

- Bachelor degree from Technical Majors (preferably from
Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Chemical, Material,
Metallurgical, Mechatronics)
- Bachelor degree majoring Economics (Accounting)
