Compensation & Benefit Officer
Department :HRD
Reporting to:HR Supervisor

Principal Accountabilities:

- To assist HRD Manager in providing service for all employees in relation with their non cash benefits such as insurances, leave
- To ensure consistency in the implementation of the procedures, and also assist HRD Manager for handling the administration matter to achieve HRD Department smooth running its activities

Professional Requirements:

- Bachelor Degree with minimum 4 years experience as an compensation and benefit
- Familiar with HR system and regulations
- Can work accurately, dependable, and has initiative

Non-Technical Requirements:

- Demonstrates competence in Microsoft Office Applications
- Ability to work independently or in a team
- Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize and organize work
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Able to work under pressure
- Willing to be placed in Cengkareng area

HR Administrator
Department : HRD
Reporting to: HR Supervisor

Principal Accountabilities:

- Handling administrations in HR
- Perform general administration task covering correspondence, typing, filling in order to support efficiency of HRD office operations

Professional Requirements:

- Bachelor Degree with minimum 2 years working experience as an HR Generalist/ Administrator
- Understanding Indonesia’s labor law and regulations
- Fresh Graduated with GPA min. 3.00 with psychology/law background encouraged to apply

Non-Technical Requirements:

- Demonstrates competence in Microsoft Office Applications
- Ability to work independently or in a team
- Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize and organize work
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Able to work under pressure
- Willing to be placed in Cengkareng area
