qualified and professional candidates for the following positions:
Geologist
- Reporting to Geology Operation Superintendent, the appointee
will be responsible to interpret coal geological aspect (correlation,
geological structure), supervise the drilling activities, and
well-logging result interpretation in the area of exploration.
Requirements
- Male, maximum 27 years old.
- Bachelor degree in geological engineering (fresh graduate are
welcome to apply).
- Posses strong analytical thinking ability.
- Have a good motivation and physical ability.
- Will be relocating to Berau (East Kalimantan).
Recruitment Officer
- Reporting to Training & Recruitment Superintendent, the
appointee will be responsible to conduct day to day recruitment
activity searching candidates, management of pre-employment selection
process, conduct psychological test and handling recruitment
administration.
Requirements
- Maximum 27 years old.
- Bachelor degree in psychology.
- Competent to administer psycho-diagnostic tools and minimum 1
years experience preferably from mining industries.
- Possess strong initiative, analytical thinking, administration
skill and good communication in English.
- Will be relocating to Berau (East Kalimantan).
G&D Support Officer
- Reporting to Geology & Development (G&D) Department Head, the
appointee will be responsible to manage day to day operational
exploration support activity; management of G&D administration,
logistics support, service and medical support arrangement to the
employee under G&D Department.
Requirements
- Maximum 35 years old.
- Bachelor degree in any field.
- Minimum 3 years working experience in the same position
preferably in Coal Mining Industries (handling exploration)
- Possess strong leadership, good inter-personal and communication
skills, and able to manage under pressure.
- Will be relocated to Berau, East Kalimantan.
Cost Estimator
- Reporting to Technical Services Department Head, the appointee
will be responsible to carry out cost engineering activity controlling
implementation of operational cost in line with the annual budget and
project schedule, trend analysis of cost components changes, financial
analysis of mine development planning.
Requirements
- Male, maximum 30 years old.
- Holds a minimum bachelor degree in Mining Engineering or
Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years working experience in the same position
preferably in Coal Mining Industries
- Good analytical thinking, good inter-personal and communication
skills in English, and able to manage under pressure.
- Will be relocated to Berau, East Kalimantan.
