Marketing & Corporate Communication Manager

Our client is a well reputable foreign Insurance Company that nowadays actively looking candidates to fulfill Marketing & Corporate Communication Manager position with responsibilities as follow:

Job purpose

* To formulate and implementing effective internal and external brand and communication strategies to support the achievement of business objectives for GL Indonesia
* To increase company brand awareness and its association with agency force in Indonesia market
* To engage GL Indonesia employees and agency force to do more community related works, and to develop company GL Indonesia as a social responsible employer who cares about the community
* To work closely with Head of CMC, GC/SEA, GL Indonesia CEO, Marketing head and HR head to effectively communicate business goals to all departments

Responsibilities
Brand management:

* Provide consultancy support for GL Indonesia functions, and develop and manage communications strategy
* Actively plan and further foster the brand recognition of Company among key stakeholders, including customers, agency force, business partners, media, authorities, community groups, etc.
* Overall management of effective publicity and marketing campaigns, maximizing the business values and awareness of Company brand
* Support the brand compliance function of the team in ensuring internal and external communication materials are adhered to Group Branding aesthetics guidelines
* Work closely with Head of CMC, GC/SEA and Group communication teams on Branding, Advertising & Marketing to facilitate daily operations.

Media relations:
* Proactively explore media exposure opportunities
* Arrange media interviews, press events, develop messages and prepare press materials
* Communicate and effectively draw the attention among the media on new initiatives of GL Indonesia
* Build and maintain rapport relationship with media

Corporate social responsibilities:

* Formulate CSR plans and liaise and negotiate with external parties, commercial or non-profit making, in the community projects to maximize the values for GL Indoneisa
* Arrange and drive the various events to ensure the smooth running and maximize GL Indonesia’s public awareness
* Build the CSR image for GL Indonesia internally and externally

Event management:
* Conceptualize and execute event internally and externally, co-ordinate the invitation process closely with the business partners and make necessary arrangement, budget control, vendors management and post events assessments

Issue & crisis management:

* Work with relevant parties formulate tactics to protect corporate brand and mitigate our reputation risk in case of any issue/crisis

Head of Personal Banking

Our client are a massive multinational bank and nowadays is actively looking for fit candidates to fulfill Head of Personal Banking position with following Job Description:

Job Purpose:

* Designing and delivering a comprehensive strategy for Retail Liability as well as driving the Retail Liability business forward which align to vision and mission of The Bank

Key Result Area
* Comprehensive strategy for bank wide third party liability and asset products, bancassurance, investment and retail treasury
* Creating and implementing value proposition of wealth management (Personal Banking)
* Balancing Risk and Reward

Key Accountabilities

* Achieve target volume and revenue from each products
* Develop new product and feature according to customer need
* Monitor all initiatives in order to see the impact result
* Partnership with third party company who provide bancassurance and investment product
* Running marketing program riding on the campaign to support sales team in branch and other sales channel.
* Working in close association with branches to enhance productivity and sales performance
* To direct e-channel capability as a strong point for retail liability & asset product and proposition
* Strengthening core proposition for Personal banking segment
* Develop marketing plan to acquisition, upgrade, cross sell in Personal banking segment
* Increase market share and awareness for Personal banking segment
* Increase customer product holding ratio with cross selling and product bundling
* Increase the customer profitability and retention thru cross-selling with goal of increasing retail liability & asset product holding per customer
* Ensure a strong operational Risk management culture is set in place within the Retail Liability and asset Value Stream.
* Work closely with the Corporate Internal Audit and ORA team to ensure that all audit or ORA observations are dully resolved within committed timelines and ensure there are no repeat findings.
* Ensure all internal audits (CIA, ORA) result in a satisfactory ratings. Similarly, for all external audits, the rating must be satisfactory.
* Ensure all BI regulations are dully adhered to, and no major concerns are raised in the regular BI audits.
* Monitoring in every risk issue with RP and UORM Retail Liability & asset.

Qualification
* Minimum S1 from reputable University
* Minimum 10 years experience in related field
* Ability to formulate, articulate and execute strategy
* Understanding of customer experience/needs with regard to key products and services
* Providing sound understanding of market, product and channel economics.
* Strong strategic acumen coupled with strong execution capability
