operation in Indonesia, the company is urgently looking for a high
qualified candidate to fill the position as:
A. HR and GA MANAGER (HRGA Manager)
Responsibilities :
- Develop HRGA Strategies & Planning to achieve corporate business
objectives.
- Develop a strategic partnership with key members of the company to
provide high quality, cost effective HR and GA services
- Prepare and Manage Man Power Planning & Budgeting, Recruitment and
Selection,Training Administration, Career Management
- Develop and maintain Performance Management system
- Develop and maintain HR procedures and regulations
- Develop and maintain HRIS (HR Database)
- Develop and maintain General HR Management (Payroll &
Administration)
- Maintain a good Employee Relations
Qualifications :
- Male/Female , age min 35 years old
- Bachelor degree from Psychology, Human Resources or other relevant
discipline, IPK > 3.00
- Minimum 5 years experiences in Human Resources & Development, out
of which 3 years in the managerial level
- Experience in implementing KPI
- Excellent software skills (Word, advanced Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Have an excellent interpersonal & communication skill
- Well-versed with Indonesian Labor Law and other labor related
statutory requirements
- Fluency in English both (spoken and written)
