Work type: Permanent (Indonesia only)
Reporting to the Supervisor, you will assist expediting all open order
& outstanding to suppliers (Spare Parts, Repexwar & General
Purchasing) in order to On time supplied; establish Expediting Report
(open order & outstanding OP, NCR, Cancel OP, OTD, MOM Suppliers &
Int’l /site Expeditor); answer all Inquiry from site regarding the
component, spare parts and services status; reply overdue supply
report from site; chase up and expedite supplier to supply to meet
promise date; follow up and clear up outstanding order to supplier in
JDE; establish NCR & Cancel OP; arrange Monthly Regular Supplier
meeting and feedback the supply issue.
To be successful in this role you will need to have a Diploma Degree
with 2 year experiences in expeditor and administration. The candidate
should fluent in English both oral and written/good communication
skill; computer literacy; hard worker, active personality, team work,
willing to learn, open communication, honest and diligent.
