Safety Officer
Requirements:
* Male, max 45 years old
* Bachelor degree from faculty of mining engineering / industrial engineering / public health / environment engineering
* Minimum 3-5 years experience as HSE in Mining Industry
* Certified POP or K3 is preferred
* Good knowledge about SMK3 procedure / OHSAS 18001:2007
* Willing to be place in Maluku Islands, Halmahera with rotation schedule
HRD Staff
Requirements:
* Male
* Maximum age 35 years old
* Hold Bachelor degree from faculty of Law / Psychology or Management
* Minimum 2 years experience as HR Generalist, preferably from mining, manufacture or construction industry
* Well understanding about man power regulation, recruitment and training, compensation benefit, payroll, industrial relation, performance appraisal and human resource information system (HRIS)
* Willing to be placed in Maluku Island with rotation schedule
