Responsibilities:
* Managing the business principals that are held for appropriate policies and distribution agreement could reach sales targets and maximize the contribution margin / profitability to be gained from these principals.
* Coordinate, supervise and evaluate the process of distribution of principal products to each branch until the realization of sales targets and annual operational cost optimization
* Monitoring productivity in every branch in the scope of work included in terms of cost efficiency, effectiveness and implementation of the number of employees working in accordance with the SOP.
* Plan, organize, manage and control the sale and distribution of goods, parts logistics, and finance in accordance with company policy, the policy of division sales, finance, logistics, IT, HR and Corporate Control to achieve sales targets and levels of efficiency and effectiveness of operations defined by management.
Requirements:
* Male
* Age between 36-42 years old
* Education background min min Bachelor's/College Degree in the related field (biology, medical, public health, pharmacy, business administration, marketing, etc.) and MBA degree is an advantage:
* Experience min 5 years in management level of sales and branch operational management in pharmaceutical company for pharmaceutical or medical device distribution
* Expertise in organizing branch operational, business development, and territory management
* Understanding of Pharmaceutical selling and marketing process, customer behavior and familiarity with sales management principles will be an advantage.
* Excellent communication, leadership and management capability
* Entrepreneurial spirit, highly motivated, assertive but a team player, has good business acumen, strong leadership and consensus building skills, strategic and tactical thinker, able to perform under pressure and target result oriented.
* Must be collaborative with all levels of employees within the organization
* Able to speak and write in English and computer literate is a must
Marketing Manager (MM) (Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
* Managing sales & product management team to achieve sales growth and company's target
* Establishing good relationship and company's image to medical community in Indonesia
* Improving aggressiveness and motivation of sales management team
* Creating new marketing policies to ensure growth of the team
* Providing ideas for new products in the pipeline
* Develop positioning and messaging to clearly communicate product value propositions and competitive advantage of our product portfolio
* Develop and implement metrics to evaluate the return on investment from tactical marketing activities and to suggest efficiency gains
* Recommend list pricing, transfer and discounting structure for locally sourced product portfolio and global products
Requirements:
