Head of Admin & Logistic
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
Handling regular invoice and billing.
Handling & Managing company asset and inventory inc. stationary and banking form.
Assist in Expatriate relocation and housing including negotiating the lease if necessary
Lead tender related to courier and logistic.
Lead tender for related maintenance.
Lead tender related to HR for example COP, employee security checking, etc.
Lead tender for refurbishment related project. For example: branch maintenance, leaking ceiling, etc)
Manage admin unit in Jakarta and Surabaya.
Handling operation side in day to day PTBC admin. For example: driver reimbursement, parking registration, etc.
Lead in negotiating Branch and ATM agreement extension nationwide.
Responsible for managing mailroom in Jakarta and Surabaya.
As Head of Procurement back up in a situation where Head of Procurement is out of office.
Manage Resources under Admin & Logistic unit with cost saving as one of KPI indicator.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Admin, Logistic or Procurement area and other similar role in banking area
Minumum Bachelor Degree
Has an experience in a tender
High integrity, risk focus, good analytical skill and attention to details
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
Proven track record in managing people
PC literate, high integrity, risk focus and attention to detail
Proficient in written and spoken English
