Speedcrete Sales Engineer (Experienced Road Engineer)
Scope of works:
To achieve profitability in PT. Holcim Beton, trough sales and activity plan, direct, organise, supervise, and evaluate all activities of Speedcrete business operation, safety & environment & and government relation to achieve budgeted profitability in an efficient and safe environment

Requirements:

  • Education : Min graduate with Bachelor of Civil engineering
  • Experience :
    - Min. 1 year in current position
    - experience in Ready mix business operation & sales
    - Understand with concrete product and development
    - Understand the business process
    - Able to read and interpret technical procedure and specification
  • Computer Literate : Computer utilization for Windows system, software application such as Word processor MS Word & spreadsheet MS excel.
  • Language : Good in English both oral & written
  • Other qualification :
    - Able to supervise and communicate with other and deal with people from all levels of the business
    - Knowledge of construction industry and concrete application
    - Awareness of OHS at the workplace

Consumer Engagement Specialist
Location : Head Office
Scope of works:

  • To develop sustainable trade program which focus on business partnership in transactional channel to deliver expected volume outcomes through :
    - Better Availability (high chain efficiency), ensure optimum trade push.
    - Better Visibility (Merchandising Activities)
    - Better Services (Develop and Implement standard retail service pack)
  • To control and evaluate each trade activities implemented and ensure those activities are integrated with brand thematic.
  • Planning and coordinating activities within regions. Closely liaise with RSM, ASC and TSO
  • Organize relevant event to trade activity
  • Provide Tactical Analysis, Feedback and Recommendation to Sales Team for better business result.
  • To develop tactical activation activity based on local market insight

Requirements:

  • Education : Bachelor of science in Business Administration with specialization in Marketing
  • Experience :
    - Over 3 years of experience in Brand Management/Activation and Trade Marketing.
    - Experience in Sales execution and supervisory sales operation
  • Computer literacy : Computer literacy ; Office & Lotus Notes
  • Language : Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Other qualification / skills :
    - Negotiation skill
    - Communication Skill
    - Have ability to interact with all levels

Area Sales Coordinator - Sumatera Bagian Utara (ASC-Sumbagut)
Location : All North Sumatera area (Sumut, Riau & Riau Kepulauan)
Scope of works:
This is a middle managerial level position, with scope of work, to perform, develop and stabilize the sales volume in the assigned marketing area including:

  • Preparation of daily, monthly and yearly accurate, efficient and appropriate data to support Regional Sales Manager in achieving sales target for the customer segment.
  • Maintaining and expanding sales in his area (against target), including:
    - provide support for the related Sales Manager (To be changed with designated Sales Manager)
    - Provide support for and direction to Sales Executive (and TSO’s – if required)

Requirements:

  • Education : Minimum graduate in any discipline, preferably from Civil Engineering, Marketing and Management
  • Experience :
    - Minimum 3 years in current position as supervisor,
    - Minimum 5 year experience in marketing and preferably 2 years in similar products
  • Placement : This position will be placed at Medan with coverage area to Riau Daratan and Riau Kepulauan
  • Computer literacy : Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Lotus Notes and SAP User (additional)
  • Language : Good command in English, of both oral & written
  • Other qualification / skills :
    - Interpersonal Skill
    - Communication and Presentation Skill
    - Customers Advice Excellence
    - Knowledge of Construction Industry and concrete technology

    - Preferably, technical background of cement manufacturing, cement behavior and/or concrete technology
