Training Supervisor
Requirements:
- Male or Female, min Bachelor degree (S1) Majoring
Psychology/Management/HRM from reputable university
- Having minimum 2 years experience in Training or 1 year in same position
- Strong competency in training management such as TNA, module, delivery training and also good knowledge about performance evaluation and people development
- Good communication and presentation skill
- Having strong analytical thinking
- Mature, independent and also able working in team
- Good computer literate (MS Office, application) and fluent in english is advantage
