GENERAL AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT
As a member of General Affairs Department (GAD), you will be responsible in supporting GAD activities in delivering general services to all bank’s staff, in the area of:
- Control, distribution and delivery of office supplies inventory;
- Maintenance control of office equipments and other bank’s properties, such as CCTV, Telephone/PABX system, Air Conditioning system, Electrical system Office Supplies - distribution and delivery;
- Support arrangement for car usage and driver.
Requirements:
- Similar experience for minimum 1 year.
- Understand or familiar with technical matters of Electrical system, CCTV, Fire Protection System, Air Conditioning, and Telephone/ PABX system.
- Hold a relevant Diploma or Bachelor Degree.
- Own Service-Excellence mind-set and Communication skill.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written (min. TOEIC score equiv. 700 or TOEFL of min. 500).
- Strong team leadership.
- High achievers (performance oriented).
- Good in operating MS-Office (Word, Excel)
