Senior Contract Engineer
Requirements:
* Minimum S1 in Mechanical Engineering
* Having good experience in administration of contracts and subcontracts with large construction projects
* Able to identify and manage risks and advice the project team the solution or remedy to overcome risks
* Prepare change order, variations and also claims
* Assist the project team for resolving the contractual issues and disputes regarding main contract and subcontracts
* Good negotiating skills and able to administer the contracts including scope of works and supply and contractual requirements
* Familiar with FIDIC Terms and conditions and also knowledge about types of contracts
* Should have a general understanding of contract law and statutory requirements that may affect the project
* Effective communication and correspondence and interpretation of contract terms and conditions including subcontracts with client and subcontractors
* Good proficiency in English both verbal and written
* Minimum 8 years experience in Construction of Industrial, Oil and Gas or Power Plant Projects
Purchaser
Requirements:
* Male, below 30 years old
* Minimum S-1 degree in Mechanical or Civil or Electrical Engineering
* Have experience independently in Purchasing
* Have good knowledge in permanent material, tools and consumables
* Familiar with delivery system
* Minimum 5 years experience in Constructions of Industrial, Oil and Gas or Power Plant Projects
* Experience in Engineering and Construction Facilities will be preferred
* English proficiency both verbal and written
Project Planning And Control Engineer (PPC)
Requirements:
* Male, below 35 years old
* Minimum S-1 degree in Mechanical or Civil or Industrial Engineering
* Have experience independently in Planning, Project Control, Cost Control and Scheduling of Construction Project
* Minimum 8 years experience in Construction of Industrial, Oil and Gas or Power Plant Projects
* Experience in Engineering and Construction Facilities will be preferred
* Certified in Primavera Project Planner V.6 and Microsoft Project
* English proficiency both oral and written
QHSE Management System
Requirements:
* Male, maximum age 32 years old
* Minimum S1 Degree in Mechanical Engineering
* Have minimum 5 years experience in managing the administration activity of QHSEMS (Quality Health Safety Environment Management System) Department
* Have strong knowledge in 9001:2000 Quality Management System or ISO 14001:2004 or OHSAS 18001 or SMK3, Internal Auditor, provide the management system training to projects and project management
* Arrange the schedule for audit both internal and external
* Analyze the audit result (internal and external)
* Good communication in English both written and verbal
