PT Core Mineral Indonesia came into being in 2004. The company enjoys the ownership of about 15,000 hectares of coal mines, which it exploits to serve Indian and other Asia Pacific markets. While the estimated total reserves are in excess of 200 million tons, the current production from the mines at Bengkulu, Sumatra registers 100,000 MT per month. The produce is exported to China, Thailand and Malaysia, and also supplied to power plants located in Indonesia.
PT Core Mineral Indonesia is determined to augment its production levels. The company has deployed a team of mining engineers and geologists, whose mandate it is to develop the resources, maximise the potential of the high-GCV, low-ash and low-sulphur coal mines and realise an annual capacity of 2 million MT.
A team of over 150 skilled mining professionals and local labours including 15 mining engineers and geologists is continuously working to develop the resources and to open up these high GCV, low ash, low sulphur coal mines to produce up to 2 million TPA.
The company also has exclusive access to other coal producers in Indonesia and South Africa. Our next venture aims to capitalize on fuel and power opportunities in India and abroad. Having earmarked several coal mines, Archean is looking at options to mobilize production from them as linkages to coal-fired thermal power plants in the Asia-Pacific region. Plans are being drafted to ensure that coal production meets requirements stipulated by the acquired environmental clearances and licenses. We are currently in the process of developing the stockyards, hauling roads, crushing plant, captive jetty, loading systems and other coal handling infrastructure. We are also looking to acquire coal up-gradation plants, thus opening up further opportunities for investment.
1. Mining Design Engineer
Education : Mining Engineer
Technical Skill : Mincom, Surpac, Autocad, mapinfo, garmin, rock work, arcv view, Ms.office, or mine planning software system.
Non Technical Skill : Great interpersonal skills, great English comunication
Experience : Minimum 2 years exprnc, in mine design & software.
2. Operation Manager
Education : S1 degree in Mine Engineering
Technical Skill : Able to lead the team from the whole sections of the site organizations. Be able to review the operational organization. Responsible for maintain of good relations with the people of surrounding area.
Non Technical Skill : Great interpersonal skills, great English comunication
Experience : 5 - 10 yrs in open cut coal oprt 5 - 10 yrs in open cut coal oprt
3. Mine Surveyor
Education : Degree in survaying (Geodesy) from recognized university
Technical Skill : Competent with survaying and engineering software, data management and manipulation; knowledge of construction technology, engineering and surveying principles, equipmnet & applications.
Non Technical Skill : Ability to communicate in English.
Experience : Minimum 2 years in mining Survey
4. Mine Manager
Education : S1 degree in Mine Engineering
Technical Skill : KTT sertified (POU). Able to review the operational organization. Identify and develop all operational procedures and all training required Responsible in design & construction to manage the process for tender, contract & mobilization of mining contractor.
Non Technical Skill : Ability to communicate in English.
Experience : 5 - 10 yrs in open cut coal oprt 5 - 10 yrs in open cut coal oprt
5. Civil Engineer
Education : Civil engineer
Technical Skill : Having knowledege of building and maintaining road and bridge.
Non Technical Skill : Great interpersonal skills. Willing to be located at site
Experience : Minim 2 years experience in building road and brdge.
6. Geologist
Education : Graduate in Geology
Technical Skill : Having knowledge and experiences in using geology software. mapinfo, garmin, rock work, drilling technical, geological maping.
Non Technical Skill : Ability to communicate in English.
Experience : 2 years expr in surveing, mapping, evaluation and development of mineral mine projects.
7. Mine Database
Education : Mine Engineering, Geology
Technical Skill : Having knowledge and experiences in using mincom and minescape software.
Non Technical Skill : Ability to communicate in English.
Experience : 5 years in mining field.
8. Mine Planner
Education : Mine Engineering
Technical Skill : Having general knowledge of mining and project environment, mining operation. High level of computer literacy, including knowledge of mine planning sofware/systems. Ability at site based.
Non Technical Skill : Great interpersonal skills. Willing to be located at site
Experience : Minim 2 years in a mining envinroument
9. Mining Engineer
Education : Mining Engineering
Technical Skill : Experience in using Mincom, Minescape software would be an advantage.

10. Accounting Staff
Education : Strong knowledge in accounting and tax.
Technical Skill : Excellent problem solving skill, attention to detail, and good analytical thinking

Education : A degree or diploma from a reputable university or school
Technical Skill : Having knowledge and experiences in using MS office softwares (Word, Excel, Power point)
