PT Berlei Indonesia, an intimate apparel manufacturer, currently is seeking a high caliber professional staff to fill in the following position in our factory at Jababeka – Cikarang:
LEAN PRODUCTION MANAGER
Qualifications:
* Male/Female, Age max 45 years
* University Degree in Engineering /Textile is preferable
* Hands on Lean production management experience
* Lean Training experience
* Min 2-3 years Lean implementation experience at manufacturing/multinational industry.
* Excellent verbal and written English.
* Able to work independently, under pressure and also as a team
* Good computer knowledge in MS Office applications (excel/word/power point)
* Having experienced in garment or apparel industries is preferable
* Must have good analytical & presentation skills
* Self motivated, persistent, proactive, detail oriented
GRADING STAFF
Requirements:
* Female/Male, with age max 30 years old
* Having experiences minimum 1 or 2 years in Grading. (preferably in bra & Panty grading)
* Able to do grading pattern preparation manually / using software, measurement chart, hard copy pattern (Bra /Panty)
* Good command of spoken and written English
* Able to work with team in a pressure environment
* Knowledge of PC based applications (Lectra program :Modaris & Diamino), Windows, Words, Excel, Power Point)
* Having experience in Bra Costing is an advantage
