General Requirements:
* Preferable Male, age 27 – 35 years old
* No. 1 s/d 3: mm S1 graduates with min 2 years experience in the same field
* No. 4: min D3 graduates with min 2 years experience in engineering or maintenance field
* Has good communication and leadership skill
