We are seeking for highly energetic dynamic professional to be part of our team as an in-house corporate lawyer. He/she will be working full-time in handling any corporate agreement and civil/legal matters.
In-House Corporate Lawyer
Requirement:
* Min. Bachelor (S1) in Law from reputable university. Master in Law is a plus.
* Min. 8 years working experience in respectable law firm and/or as in-house counsel in big company.
* Strong analytical thinking with excellence understanding in business law, corporate matters & capital market.
* Fluency in English (writing and oral) is a must.
* Superior writing, negotiating and communication skills, including experience dealing with senior management.
* Ability to handle confidential information and material with the highest degree of discretion and professional responsibility.
* Demonstrated track record of outstanding achievement and accomplishment
* Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple competing priorities and provide practical legal advice.
