School Manager (Kepala Badan Pengurus Harian)
Requirements:
* Age 40-45 years old
* Female/Male
* Preferable Master Degree in Education Management
* Working Experiences:
- Min 3 years experience in formal school management preferable as School Director
- Min 3 years experience as School Principal
* Start Work Immediately
General Requirements:
* Demonstrated good managerial skills, including planning, supervising, monitoring and avaluating
* Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in managing the process for development and implementation of strategic plans for school improvement (incl. teaching and learning process)
* Demonstrated good analytical, conceptual, negotiation and advocacy skills
* Demonstrated ability to make timely and quality judgments and decisions
* Strong communication and interpersonal relationship skill
* Excellent written and spoken in English and Bahasa Indonesia
* Computer skills, including internet navigation, and various Microsoft office applications
* Performance oriented individual with high commitment in continuous learning for professional development
* Demonstrated ability to work in a multi – cultural environment, established harmonious and effective working relationship both within and outside school and / or organization
